Great face/head shampoo for your dog. I didn't get it specifically for stain removal as my dog is brindle, but it works great as a tearless wash. It's super gentle, doesn't smell like much honestly, which is preferrable since my shampoo and after wash conditioning spray have nice scents to them already. Won't be using as much of this in the bath as the regular shampoo so it should last plenty long!

bought this a few years or so back but didn't realize I forgot to write a review. I was a little hesitant but after using it on my previous dog - it actually did remove the stains. the scent was also great and not too strong so if you have issues with strong scents like me, this one is perfect for you. the stains come off after a few washes, not right away and you have to keep using it in the areas where the stains are to make sure they stay away.

This product smells so good. My dog loves to take a shower/bath and he enjoys it. I don't really like giving him baths (lol) but this just made it more enjoyable for me, because of the smell. It really smells like a human can use it in a spa session. My dog tried this for the first time and so I am just writing an initial review. He did not react negatively to this so I am hopeful that I can use this easily anytime. I did see some slight improvement on his face, the stains became less dark, and will come back to update this to a 5 stars when I see better changes with continuous use. For now, I can say that I am optimistic because the initial result was already convincing. I have been using tear wipes as maintenance and it did not even have this kind of result with those products. I am excited! Also, just as an FYI to first-time buyers, the directions say to leave this on for 3 minutes (see photo attached). It is better to put this on first: start with this at the beginning of your dog's shower time so it stays and works its magic while you're working the rest of his body. It is an easy process and I must share that I was also a little hesitant to put something near his eyes; it has all changed now. Lastly, it arrived on time; one day earlier than expected, actually. Fast! ---- UPDATE: As of July 12. Hi everyone, here I am giving an update since I just recently emptied the second bottle with my dog. The tear marks did not 100% go away, but I will say that it actually diminished. It's more of a maintenance fix now, I guess. Also, my vet said letting dogs drink filtered water instead of tap water could help in alleviating tear marks, too. I hope that advice would help you, too. I learned about this product after I saw two separate dog groomers mention “blueberry facial” in their instagram videos. It is very effective at removing tear stain gunk and removing the stains themselves. My dog had some small reddish stains on the white fur on his chin and they have noticeably diminished after even one use. There is a mild scent but it is quite nice and dissipates quickly. My dogs eyes do not seem bothered by the cleanser either. The value is good considering how little I need to use in each bath and how effective it is. Truly wish I would have known about this product years ago!

I just used it on my dog. I can’t tell much right now but maybe later on after another try. I can’t smell hardly anything at all. She doesn’t smell dirty, but I can’t tell much of a good smell. It’s not bad but it’s nothing to write home about. It did get her coat clean, but it doesn’t have the conditioner like the oatmeal does from other shampoos. It will probably be nice to use this one on her face and use the other one that I have on her body because it has more of a conditioner and a smoother when I cut her hair.

Product works great and even better…the package came without leakage.

We've purchased this shampoo several times to wash our Shih Tzu's face. It does well cleaning tear stains and doesn't irritate our dog's eyes.

The product arrived with its contents spilled in the packet as the cap was not properly secured. While the bottle is not damaged, a substantial amount of shampoo was lost as a result.

Beautiful shampoo that I’m comfortable using on my dogs face. Her hair always come out so soft after each use and very clean.

Je n’ai pas encore testé le produit mais il est arrivé bien emballé par Amazon. Cependant le bouchon n’était pas fermé et 1/3 du produit a coulé :( ( c’est un produit assez cher et j’avoue être un peu déçu)
