Chrome Handheld Shower Hose, 59 Inch, 155748

Works well! After 20 years my original started leaking along where it bends. I could have got the plumber who originally put it in to replace it from Moen because they have a lifetime guarantee , but it was quicker for me and a wrench to replace it and do it myself.

I had a rubber hose on my washer that did spring a leak, and I replaced it with these Moen metal hoses, a few years ago. The hoses have been working well so far, hopefully they’ll last for years to come.

My old hose started leaking after 10 years of daily showers -- can't complain about that. This replacement hose fit perfectly, and it's simple to install. I think it's virtually identical to my original, so it should last another 10 years. Very flexible, seems like good quality.

Quality hose that is easy o install. Pricy but in my opinion worth the price.

This was to replace a plastic shower hose that was brand new, but didn't look good. This looks and feels much more solid. It swivels so it doesn't get kinked and very flexible. Great upgrade to what I had before. Very easy to install, but the one end does not look like the picture, it is just a nut on the one end which was slightly disappointing and the reason for only 4 stars as the picture makes it look smooth and tapered on both ends.

It looks exactly like the picture. And works exactly like it's supposed to. I like the extra length. This is a good buy.

Good length (a little shorter than most). Good materials.

I think the major miss here with many unhappy reviews is that the ends of the hose aren’t the exact way you see in the picture of item in listing . Here is the other end which did match how my original moen hose was manufactured so I was glad it came this way. Both ends aren’t identical like listing photo shows. Hope this helps some people in future !

It’s slightly shorter than the original we had from 1998 but works fine. The metal used is not as heavy and it’s slightly lighter than the brushed metal of the hose of years back.

Genuine Moen part which fit nicely.

The hose hooks up fine but ideally I thought I was purchasing an identical hose to the one I needed to replace. According to the picture the ends are barrel style couplings but the hose came with correct barrel style one end and a hex nut style the other end - not as shown in the picture.

We have a moen shower head that was installed when the house was built. It started to leak, badly, and I delayed calling the company due to the fact that I had no literature on it...model #, style, etc. I just happened to fall upon this while on Amazon, and thought, let's try it! It works like a charm! Thank you Amazon for carrying this product!

Moen provides a ridiculously short and inadequate host length for the purposes of showering. Their design engineers and decision-makers should be ashamed of themselves for providing such solutions. The length does not even meet advertisement specification which constitutes false advertising that should be subject to investigation regulatory enforcement action. Don't buy this....You'll be dissatisfied and disappointed. Can't believe Moen would stand behind this shotty workmanship all round.
