The answer depends on your tank size. Standard treat rate is 1/4 oz per gallon of diesel fuel, or 1/2 oz per gallon if temperatures are consistently below 32F. For a 32 gallon tank you will use 8 oz, or 16 oz if it is consistently below freezing (32F).

I saw a study showing the usage rate to be 13 ozs per 26 gallons of fuel, has this changed? I see now the concentration calls for 8 ozs.

The most recent lubrication tests have been done at the 1/2 once per gallon so 13 oz per 26 gallons. That is the premium ratio listed on our website. You may just want to experiment with your truck to see where it runs the best. start with the 13oz and lower each tank going forward and see if you get better fuel mileage. If your in colder weather, you may want to stick with the higher ratio till it warms up.
