Zindagi Stevia Dry Leaves | Zero Calorie Sweetener | Sugar-Free Stevia Leaf | Pack Of 50

I was searching for a sugar substitute for a long time. The problem with some brands was the aftertaste, which I didn't like. But after trying some of the options available on the market I preferred to stick with Zindagi Stevia dry leaves. The reason being there was very little aftertaste. One thing we have to remember is that when we are opting for a sugar substitute then we have to give them some time to get used to and after giving sometime now we don't feel any difference in taste of teas made with stevia leaves and sugar. Some may complain about the smell and taste of the tea. The key to it is boiling the stevia leaves properly. We have to keep in mind that these are dried leaves and we have to crush them properly, put in boiling water or milk and give it ample time. By doing this we can make sure that there will no other smell other than the aroma of tea leaves. Zindagi stevia leaves serves my purpose greatly. They are dried quite well. We had opened a pack somewhere around the March 1st week and the pack is still going on with the standard being somewhere around 250ml tea per person in a day for family of 2. We still have the 2nd pack unopened and when we open that I will be ordering some more from the same brand for sure.

I ordered the product even after reviewing the -ve comments about Stevia. Received the package today. Packaging was good, free samples are also included. First attempt of using the leaves in one cup tea. I guess after crushing only 1-2 pinches should be sufficient for me as I don't like my tea very sweet, I went overboard and the tea turned out little strong but not bad in taste. Yes, it doesn't exactly taste like sugar and that's ok. It's a good sweetner and smells little bit leafy but bearable not pungent. It leaves a cooling sensation at your palate and a flavour of mild basil. I will update my review after consuming it for 2-3 months. So anyone looking for substitute for refined sugar, go for it but don't compare the two. Remember this is a healthy and natural flavoring substance not artificial so tastes accordingly.

Last purchase was somehow okay as compared to Magic Leaf, which is very good but not available since May 2025. This time the quality of the product is very bad; no sweetness at all. Look wise also very poor and almost powdered leaves, and dyed with artificial green colour. Not recommended at all. Amazon is requested to check for quality before accepting seller or brand.

A nice substitute to sugar craving but not taste very well. It has its own taste with which the taste of tea or coffee gets off

I bought these stevia leaves because I'm concerned about my sugar usage ( not diabetic or anything but still concerned for obvious health reasons) and because I was trying to eliminate sugar from my diet completely. Stevia as a natural sweetener, came highly recommended, and I had done a lot of research before deciding to go ahead. Nevertheless, I found, after buying the leaves that although they are definitely very sweet when chewed, this sweetness doesn't dissolve into drinks and foods. Also one teaspoon of stevialeaves is not equal to one teaspoon of sugar. To sweeten one cup of tea, I had to mix atleast two tablespoons of leaves, which was almost half the jar. My tea was impossible to drink after that, even after straining it. However, the leaves are very sweet when chewed on their own, and even a minute pinch of leaves will tell you so. Unfortunately, the sweetness doesn't dissolve into dishes and drinks unless you use copious amounts of leaves. I'm considering using some other form of stevia next time ( powder/ liquid possibly) the leaves are fine if you plan to snack on them by themselves or use them as a candy/ chewing gum alternative.

The product was delivered in time, Thanks to prime. About the product, tastes a lil' bitter, was used for tea and coffee. Tea - kind of destroys the original 'chai' feel and you feel more of stevia taste in your mouth. So stevia kind of overpowers the taste of tea Coffee - suits me till now, as it just adds sweetnees, you feel the stevia taste, but to a much less extent than what you feel in tea. Haven't used it for any other food. Overall if you're looking for a permanent sugar substitute, this product is not for you, but for the calorie conscious and weight watchers (who are ready to make sacrifices) it's perfect. P.s Take a blender and put all of the stevia leaves into it and blend to make a powder. In that way the powder becomes easy to just add and consume, without crushing the leaves ;)

Although it took long to reach, but taste is very good and leaves are well dried
