I do have a lazy heart valve and I have pretty high anxiety. This is the only supplement that I can take and it always comes out perfect, I always feel good without any kind of sense that it's too much or too little. I already have a rather low blood pressure because of meditation but my last endocrinologist blood pressure check was 110. It helps with blood circulation which is good for detox waste removal. It seems help with blood sugar regulation too.

This product has worked well for me. I have used it now for over a year and my pressure is great and that is after open heart surgery. I take it with a low dose script med and am quite happy. Is a little high in price

My blood pressure has been very high. Often +180s/+110! Meds weren’t bringing them down that much, high 150s/90s. Eventually, I ran out of meds and health insurance. After prayer, I was lead to this product as well as a liquid berberine product with turmeric and other essential ingredients (also found on Amazon). I started taking both as well as eating a whole avocado with my breakfast. Within less than a week my pressure has dropped down to 129/79! I thought something was wrong with my machine, so I replaced my batteries and even tried another monitor. My pressure really dropped significantly in a short period of time! I haven’t seen anywhere close to those numbers in decades! I’m not telling you to replace your meds, but I’m certainly not taking any and have gotten way better results with this product as well as what I stated above. I pray this works for you as well. This took about 2 days to see results. I'm very pleased to see my blood pressure going down. I'm sure the trend will continue. Great product, and great value. Great brand. I'll purchase again.

Aside from being able to power my house with the gas I produced in such quantity that I thought an angry duck was behind me every time I took a step, there was no difference in BP readings taken over the time it took to finish 3/4 of the bottle. Maybe try L-citrulline instead at least there are actual studies pointing to results with it. If you want gas that smells like a refinery fire and like sprinting to the bathroom for exercise this is the product for you though.
