Is this stock fresh? I've ordered online in the past and when the beard balm arrived it was dried, sticky, and not fun to use.

My last orderwas 1 month ago. The product was excellent. I have in the past had the same experience you described.

Is this stock fresh? Ive ordered from other places in the past and its dried out and sticky when it gets to me.

The one I received was very sticky. I heated it up by running warm water over the closed container and that smoothed out the stickiness. Applied to my longish beard and started my day. A few hours later I go to comb my beard and my beard comb wouldn't go through my beard. It had dried to the consistency of dried glue. Took a while to wash it out in the shower. You may get different results.

can u use this to mold and shape your sideburns and beard like hair gel?

I don't think so. It's a soft gel makes your facial hair softer
