Do you place the application bag in the skimmer or at the top of waterfall ?

Rinse carbon thoroughly before use. Remove bag provided from the bucket and fill with the appropriate amount of carbon for your pond size or filter size. Then rinse the bag thoroughly to remove any carbon dust accumulation. Then apply to the filtration unit. It is always best to use Polish AC in conjunction with a filter. It is not recommended to use Polish AC by itself within the pond. Replace bag with new Polish AC carbon every 3 months. It is important to maintain fresh activated carbon especially throughout the spring and summer season when pond pollutants are at their highest levels.

can I use this carbon for my aquarium ?

You certainly can if the aquarium is large enough. You could break it up into smaller mesh bags to use in the filters if your aquarium is of average size. I use this in the waterfall of my koi pond which is over 1200 gallons. If your aquarium is cloudy then i would recommend checking the ph levels etc. and then leaving it alone. Cloudiness can occur if you're constantly changing things in the tank..it upsets the balance

Can it be attached to the intake on the filter in the bottom of the pond?

I would not recommend attaching to the intake on the filter. Just place CrystalClear Polish AC in the skimmer box, it will have enough waterflow that way. Or you can put it in a waterfall box if you have one.
