TravelChair Stadium Seat with Padded Back Rest, for Concerts and Boating

I like this stadium seat because it is a bit wider than most, so I find it more comfortable. The adjustable straps on the sides allow firmer - or not - back support, which I appreciate with my lower back problems. It is lightweight and convenient to carry.It is designed to strap to (straps wrap around) a bleacher bench seat to remain secure in place, which doesn't necessarily work with all the various bleacher / stadium bench designs ... which resulted in the 4 rating instead of 5.It works great watching the school and Little League baseball games from traditional open bleachers, and if intended for that kind of seat attachment I'd give a 5 rating.I suggest checking the local school gym bleachers or other stadium benches to make sure there is room for the straps to wrap around and secure the seat to the bench before investing for that purpose. The seat can still be used, but if not secured to the bench the user needs to be careful and very aware of a potentially moving seat.

After trying three or four other stadium seats from various stores (and returning them), I decided to try this one. I have back and neck issues and cannot sit on hard bleachers!!! I have used this seat several times now, and it is very comfortable. I am not a thin woman, so the width of the seat and the cushioning is very good. With coaches in my family and grand kids playing basketball, I am in a gym a LOT! The reviews on this seat are what made me decide to give it a try. The price being so reasonable was helpful too!

If this chair had a more substantial base, I'd give it 5 stars. This design works rather well strapped to the aluminum type stadium seating. But when you sit it on a solid surface with it, such as concrete, it is not very stable...and rocks back...somewhat uncontrollably.The lumbar curve for the back rest is well designed. It keeps you from feeling the cross bar going across your back, and provides adequate support. The seat cushion is also adequate for a few hours time.

There chair was ok. I'm a highschool coach and bought it for my parents. My mom is 64 and complains about everything being uncomfortable. She said the chair felt fine. However the 2nd I ordered came with the strap already broken. It was sent back and there was a full refund in a matter of days. Most highschool gyms use wood of the hard plastic bleachers. These chairs can be strapped underneath bleachers. More of the outdoor (baseball) style.

After much online research and the purchase and return of a cheaper chair from the big box store, I ordered 2 of these chairs. I have a child in marching band and we sit on a lot of stadium bleachers for many hours at a time. These chairs provide good back support and the cushion on the seat is very comfortable. At the last performance, there were a bunch of other parents who actually wanted to try the chair because they are looking for one and they all loved these seats. I definitely recommend them. One of the other moms, who needs a full size seat, was comfortable in this one so if you are plus size, this has a pretty good width. I do wish it had arm rests, but the back and bottom support are very good, which was my main concern. I really like that the bottom straps do not attach to the bleacher. The straps go around the bleacher and snap together. Shipping time was also reasonable.

The chair is comfortable, but the seat cushion is not as deep as depicted. There is a pocket on the back, but has no closure and when in the carry position, it is up-side-down allowing the contents to fall out. There is a secondary pocket with a closure, but the bottom has openings when in the carry position, again allowing small items to fall out.

Extremely Light weight, 1.5, rare ergonomic design for low back, yet sturdy, I fit fine at 200+ lbs, 22w size, the straps adjust around you easily. It turned out to be the best product I could possibly have purchased for the cheapest price as it qualified for super saver shipping. The only reason I didn't purchase it earlier is because it lists NO DIMENSIONS. I didn't need to worry! But I suggest that the dimensions be listed immediately. I wasted time over two other chairs which didn't list weight due to weight which were less comfortable despite the many purchasers saying how comfortable the others were, because I didn't want to gamble on the unknown dimensions of this product. It is more comfortable than all the others while being the lightest weight and yet has all that is needed in the way of sturdiness and stability, while easy to carry long distances! It's by far the best choice. I don't think 300 lbs would fit, maybe 250 lbs is lt's limit.

purchased two of these seats for gifts, They Love them until one of the back support straps pulled out. Upon inspection it was a defect in the sewing. Then we checked the other one (it was not use as much) It had the same defect on the same side and was ready to fail. We were very fortunate that she did not fall backwards off the bleachers when the first one failed. Like I said they liked them, but rather than send them back I fixed them, see attached photos (I used pop rivets). The other side is fine and very secure. Who ever was sewing the right side braces missed the material and quality control missed the defects. No one was hurt this time.G Bart.

I really enjoyed the back support and how securely it stayed fastened to the bleachers. My butt got sore from lack of padding. I will be bringing along a small pillow next time.
