Melissa & Doug Jolly Helpers Hand Puppets (Set of 4) - Construction Worker, Doctor, Police Officer, and Firefighter

We bought these for our grandchildren for Christmas. They are having lots of fun putting on shows for parents, uncles and grandparents. The set of 4 allows them to share. The puppets are well made and look like they will hold up to a lot of use. The only draw back I saw was the 2 & 1/2 year old had a hard time getting his hand up into the head because it was so thick and therefore tight.

We saw these puppets in a retail store and our son loved them. When we received them, he was thrilled. The puppets are perfect him, although it's a little difficult for him to move the puppet arms. This requires a little more dexterity than he has as a toddler. Overall, he's had a lot of fun playing with them and they have definitely sparked his imagination. We would recommend these.

My mother and I have been on the hunt for new things I can take to the Head Start center I teach at and came across these puppets. They have these, farm animals and zoo animals and I got all of those. Of course to make it even more fun you need a puppet theater so my mother went on a search for that and purchased one. I can't wait to get back to school and show my kiddos these.

These are darling little puppets for my one year old and three year old. The colors are vibrant and they are a nice soft velvety texture. The designs are all printed onto the fabric, the only separate pieces are the plastic eyes. They are big enough that my husband can fit his hand in, but small enough for my three year old. I gave them 4 stars because of the price. When I purchased the set they were part of a deal of the day for christmas for $9.99. For $9.99, I would give them 5 stars, but for the MSRP of $19.99, I would search for an alternative.

Too cute for words! Can be used by child, or adult. Although it's recommended for two and older, my grandson who is eleven weeks old loves looking at the finger animated farm animal set. I'll be giving the Jolly Helpers set to four yr. old twins for their birthdays. Much cuter in "person"!

My youngest LOVES putting on puppet shows. We have several sets of the Melissa and Doug hand puppets, and they get used quite a bit. Right now, the fireman is his favorite and he loves to take it on adventures with the police man or the surgeon. They are VERY well made and there's such a variety of them! We have two sets of animal ones as well as the Winnie the Pooh set. I'll be buying more if I can find more sets!

Got these when baby boy was about 8 months old. He loves chewing on them and likes when I use them to pretend to attack/tickle him. Great purchase. He's now 10 months and still interested in these. I haven't used the puppets to tell stories or anything yet but I imagine he would still like these when the time comes. Can't go wrong with a Melissa & Doug product!!

My three year old granddaughter loves them! Good value for the money. Fits a child's hand pretty well.

Unlike photos and first impressions when I actually opened it for my nephew the material looked cheap. Disappointed. But my nephew enjoyed the story telling session.

Arrived on time and my daughter is over the moon, playing with the puppets. It is a great way to build up a kid's storytelling abilities.

My 4 year old is LOVING these! Great for imaginative play! And after hours of daily abuse they wash really well and spring right back to life (even after a ketchup incident!)

My grandson ,7 months, who likes to see people more than to have teddybears is just in love with the puppets. They make him laugh so much. Good quality.
