Great wood preserver
I have bought this product from Wood Finishers Direct a couple of times before because it's a great product at a very good price. This time I found going to WFD the price had shot up so I looked on Amazon. I found the product at a very good price a lot cheaper than direct from WFD. Guess what? The product from Amazon came direct from WFD. Always worth checking Amazon. Anyway this wood preserver is a great product and now it is water based a lot better for the environment.

Coloured paint on preserver.
Had been looking for this for re treating shed, had used before. Does a good job and soaks into wood. It rained next day but the shed repelled the rain. Would definitely recommend this product. Just needs a good stir to continue.

Quality product
Colour perfect, bonus it’s a water based treatment and goes on well, Cuprinol is great for fencing and sheds and unlike the older version has little smell, dropped a star because of late delivery.

Painting with water colours!
Difficult to pay£30 for something that looks and feels like water when you are putting it on! No matter what polymers are in it it still looks like water colour. I am not a chemist but the protection from this must come by sealing the top surface not by penetrating it. I went to Sydenhams and bought a spirit based product to finish the job. Disappointing it used to be the bench mark in this area.

Quality protection
Thin easy to use wood protector. Appears neutral colour on application but soon turns natural brown once applied.
