Pieces cut wrong!
I'm so disappointed! I purchased this puzzle and immediately knew something was off because the reference picture was not the same size as the full puzzle. I previously purchased another puzzle from the seller (butterfly african goddess) and it turned out beautiful. Once I noticed the reference picture inside the box was too small, I reached out to seller and explained the issue. Although they replied back fast, stating that "a replacement puzzle was already sent out to me." Sadly after receiving it, I still had the same issue; reference picture still portrait sized. I still decided to piece the puzzle together to find out there were pieces that were cut wrong! Still being hopeful I went to the initial sent puzzle to try to piece together missing pieces and it turned out to be a diffent puzzle. This was sooo time consuming and frustrating! Especially, since I'm the kind of person that frames all my completed puzzles. 😳😫 Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another puzzle from this seller. They received 1 star because the other butterfly puzzle was beautiful.
