I love, love, love this mascara! It performs better than any other mascara I have ever used. It truly makes your lashes longer and thicker without clumping. Highly recommend!!

iM NOT SURE HOW TO CONTACT WITH MY COMPLAINT. Received the Mascara listed above - today tried to open it up to use - Ive purchased these from the store probably 100 times - very familiar with product. This one would NOT pull out from the upper lash part - Never have I gotten one like this... was sealed in the package so it must have been manufactured like this - but I was so disappointed that the main part of it is defective - If there is even a lash wand up in the end - it will not come out - only a little stick end... Can you send replacement for this. If not I can only use the lower lash part - which the upper lash is the MOST important.. I have never gotten one like this before anywhere. Im sorry I dont know how to load a photo of it on here. I can text one from my phone if you give that option.

This mascara works great. I would recommend it to anyone that wears it and especially who has little bottom lashes. This really brings them out great!

I love this mascara! Great for giving lashes volume and length. Does not clump or flake during the day. The small brush is a nice touch for lower lashes, but both wands are easy to use. I like to combine this with Maybelline's volume express pumped up or their full and soft, however, you can get great lashes with just this mascara. Also easy to remove at the end of the day.

Why I bought this here, convenience. will never again. This mascara was Empty!

Great product! The separate brush types is a nice feature, but I noticed that the larger/thicker brush tends to use up the mascara much more quickly than the smaller brush. As a result, I usually end up dipping the larger brush into the small brush (black tube) liquid, which after a while messes up the bristles a bit, but not to the point there is a noticeable difference in how the makeup applies. I have naturally long, thick, and dark lashes but I love that this mascara gives me the "false lashes" look without having to go through all the trouble of applying false lashes. I also use the applicators a bit differently since I use the smaller and larger brush on the bottom lashes (in that order), first to separate the lower lashes, and then to add thickness. The regular version of this product works great for everyday wear and I also keep a waterproof version for days I know my eyes might get wet. The regular version stays on all day without smudging or needing re-application, but also is fairly easily removed with a standard make-up removal wipe. The waterproof version seems to hold up well in the rain and whatnot but I haven't done a whole lot of underwater activities with the waterproof mascara on. The waterproof version, on the other hand, is quite difficult to remove and usually doesn't come completely off with make-up removal wipes and even showering after. I also sometimes experience slight irritation with the waterproof version, which I think has more to do with whatever ingredient makes it waterproof. I use the regular version daily for work and special occasions and it's definitely my go-to mascara.

Thought I bought waterproof, I love this brand though and it is great otherwise.
