I WISH AMAZON HAD SEASONS ONE AND TWO BECAUSE THIS ONE IS GOOD, LOTS OF GOOD "WHAT IF" STORIES.I LOVED THIS SERIES WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT ON ANIMAL PLANET--THERE WAS A STORY ABOUT A KIMODO DRAGON--VERY SCARY--I DONT SCARE EASILY..SEE FOR YOURSELF-IS IT FACT OR FICTION--JUST BECAUSE SCIENCE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT--DOES THAT MEAN IT DOESN'T EXIST?

Loved the series when it was on. Would love to get seasons 1 and 2 at a reasonable price. Short stories about people who encountered supernatural creatures as they said it could happen.

I enjoy the show for what it tries to do. present mythological creatures in a unique and often scary viewpoint.

Okay, I have viewed the first six out of ten episodes of this season, and I already feel entitled to write a review. First of all, THREE of these episodes include members of the Enigma Corporation, a private security firm specializing in unusual cases. These members include Team leader, Noel Connor and Tactical Specialist, Elise Mooney. We are no longer in the realm of the believable fantasies that usually make up Lost Tapes. Now they are giving us Muldur and Scully wannabes. Really? The two actors are unlikable and really not that good. And they don't belong on this show! Just view it for yourselves, they are clearly auditioning for a new and certainly not better X-Files series. That is the only explanation for their presence here. Noel is so boring and monotone, all he's got going for him is his looks. And Elise? Well, she doesn't even have looks to fall back on. But this is not the DVD nor the place for these characters! What gives??Okay, now more about Boring and Boring-er, in season 3 they deal with zombies. Like we haven't seen enough shows about zombies - shows that are done WAY better than this silliness. And Connor and Mooney yell "Freeze" at them a lot. And we have a vampire, again, that outwits Connor and Mooney in an ending that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I thought they said they could shape shift, not disappear completely and show up in the back of a truck while Scully, sorry - Mooney - drives off. Say what?? And why was Connor in the rear view mirror flagging her down? How could he have known the vampire was in the back of the truck? Sheese! Next we have the Beast of Bray Road terrorizing a radical private militia group. Yeah. Wait till you see the ham acting in this one. There is also a Poltergeist episode that, I repeat, has already been done WAY better than this waste of time. If anyone finds this scary, you should be bonked with a video camera. There are also Devil Monkeys. I don't have anything to add to that. And a Serpent God that comes up against, (sigh), Connor and Mooney again. That's as far as I got.Gone is the believability of videos of ordinary people like you and me coming across some of the greatest monster legends of all time. This season is Lost, I can vouch for that. They have lost all the wonder and integrity of the previous two seasons. Now they are making really bad mini movie remakes of much better and popular television shows and the question I am left asking is - why? What's your point? Anyway, I have yet to view the Kraken, the Yeti, the Wendigo and the Reptillian. Oh boy. Maybe I'll be unlucky enough to run across Connor and Mooney again. Where's a Devil Monkey when you really need one?

Love the show I am into these kinds of things glad you had it bought it immediately!

Loved this series. So happy I found this.

I am so excited for lost tapes season 3. I've been a fan since season 1 and have been waiting years to own season 3. I love the stories and the cutaways to the brains that break down each creature with some sort of fact.
