I bought the product and tried to buy other products that I didn't get so good, so I didn't have much expectations, but it left a deep impression on me. This abdominal muscle coach has met my expectations, because doing abdominal muscles is just my dream. I can feel different because it comes with a rechargeable battery so there is no need to worry about how many times it can be used. The muscles on the body have also gotten very good results.

I brought this after I read the reviews. It is a great piece of equipment and I have noticed already noticed a difference. Comes with basic instructions but no actual instructions where to place the 3 pads. I put them where I need the most help. I do find that one of the electric units are really hard to remove from the poppers once you have attached it.I would recommend this product if you are on a budget.

I have delayed attempting to use this thing until now because the instructions are almost non-existent. Are the extra pads replacements or intended for immediate use by sticking them on to the underside of the (already sticky) belt? Who knows? Can I get replacement pads? I can probably find some somewhere but I would like to know for sure.No proper instructions. and the box doesn't even give the product name. No mention of Lovebay on the box, just a tiny stick on address label. Probably called by other names by other suppliers. It appears to be supplied from China and if it is a drop sale the UK middleman is invisible.I suggest you'd be better off buying an ordinary ems machine and pads rather than a belt. And check in advance that it has proper legible instructions.However.......Now I've used it I like it but there's another issue. After four months of use one of the arm straps is o/s. It's not the battery, its a connection to an electrode on one side of the strap. There is no contact address nor any way to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer in China via Amazon for a replacement but have had no reply.Waste of money. Avoid!

Nice bit of kit, very easy to use, just charge the electro unit, button it on to the pad, stick on some adhesive and press on your muscle.Come a with spare adhesive, three charge units (one for each) and a charging wire, everything you need.The six pack pad is ace, straps round your obliques to get some side tone.I don't like the arm pads. I have done some research and these aren't optimum for training arms as it suggests to wrap the pad round your arm, but that would mean your training bicep and triceps together, two opposing muscles and this can be dangerous... medical pads are a lot small and can be placed just on a single muscle.If your happy to electro both opposing muscles then this is fantastic.I have used on legs and forearm... don't suggest, doesn't feel right

If you want a low cost, effective muscle toner then look no further than this lovebay abs muscle trainer. The device comes with all the gel pads you need and also comes with 3 rechargeable batteries. Once charged, the batteries attach easily to the belts and then simply peel off the film protecting the sticky gel pads and attach them to the belts. Peel off the outer film of the gel pads and you are ready to attach the belts to your arms and body. Once the belts are attached to your body simply press the ‘+’ sign on the battery then press ‘m’ and choose which part of the body you have attached the belts to.there are 6 choices ranging from shoulders,forearms,upper arm,back of the arm,abdomen and waist. Press ‘+’ again to set your desired level. Levels range from 1 (low intensity) to 9 (high intensity) i would recommend 3 for the arms and 6 or 7 for abdomen and waist. At first it will literally be a shock to you but don’t worry you will get used to it and after about 15 mins the belt will automatically shut off unless you keep pressing the ‘-‘ button in which case you can end the session early. Use this as part of your training regime and you will not be disappointed. Overall i am more than happy with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending this product. I waited for a severe time to write a review just to have a better opinion for this product. In the third month it already started to loose power inspite the charging and the changing of the pads. That is for the small ones. The big belt seems to work ok but it does not spread the power equally to all the pads. You can tell from the marks it leaves afterwards. Thank you!

On receiving my product one of the arm bands did not work ! However great company shipped a new one in a matter of days ! Works well and can feel small results on my tummy already !! Thank you would recommend!

Been using on my arms 5 times a week for 3/4 weeks now and already seeing results. Well worth a buy and I use them when I’m busying really pleased. I wasn’t sure it would work but because of the price gave it a try and so glad I did am impressed with the results and I’ve not even used them long term yet.Only issue is they need a strap to keep them down really think it’s worth the selling looking into a adjustable strap to keep pads on better and maybe extension kits as well. Great buy hope the abs works as well as the arms not found a strap to go round me yet.
