Compact but Powerful
If you're buying this for solo/duo Live performance or music playback in a small to medium venue I think you will be very happy. First it's so light and easy to pack and transport - only took one trip from car to stage. Second, extremely easy to set up, plug-in, and start performing. I was using in a very large (200 capacity?) venue with about 60 people in attendance. Used for both voice/speaker and wifi-bluetooth to iPhone music playback. It could be easily and clearly heard throughout the venue. I am sure it would be the same if plugged in with mics/instruments. It took about 80-90% of volume to get there but I really did not need anymore. WIll update if needed after I use for Live performance. This was intended as a spare for my Bose L1 system but now it may be my "Go To".

Ok Bluetooth speaker, app issues.
I figured I’d give this speaker a shot since it’s light weight only to find out it’s sound is lacking. It sounds ok but I wouldn’t use this for anything other than a Bluetooth speaker. You will definitely need a subwoofer to augment the low end.The app failed me during a gig and been trying to to get it to work for the past few days and nothing. The message I get from the Home Screen is “Make sure you’re connected to the speaker via bluetooth”, which I am. I tried deleting the app, forgetting the speaker on blutooth and reconnecting restarted my phone and nothing. This speaker is pretty much useless now besides using it as a bluetooth speaker which the JBL party box’s are much better sounding than this and cheaper. Needless to say this speaker is not worth the price and is bound to fail. This speaker is only 2 months old and it’s over priced for its quality.

Perfect for up to 75, or patio settings. Great tone, great mixer, blue tooth awesome within range.
I am a singer songwriter, and I play most of my gigs solo in smaller settings and this SRM Flex is perfect. Very lightweight, nice carrying case for the top speakers, and cover for the sub.Pros:Sound- I play through a vocalizer pedal that both my mic and guitar plug into only using one channel, and they both sound amazing, I get compliments about how good my Martin sounds through it all the time. There are EQ and reverb settings which both work well. You have to understand this is not for a large venue, it is for smaller intimate settings up to 65-75 depending on how noisy they get. (I have been asked to turn my volume down with this thing a few times)Mixer- The 4 channel mixer gives you two channels for mic's or guitars(switches on each channel) with built in DI (for passive guitars) in channel 1&2. Channel 3/4 is for active guitars only (passive will not work in 3/4), and has only one volume control for both 3/4. I have played an active fiddle, and bass in this 3/4 channel with success.XLR OUT- There is an XLR out so you can daisy chain additional powered speakers for additional sound. I had a house mixer fry one night at a gig and used this SRM-Flex as my main mixer with 5 additional Mackie thump 12a speakers daisy chained and it worked great.Conns: (This is really my only complaint)While the blue tooth works great on stage with the SRM Flex and there is a dedicated channel to Bluetooth streaming for background music, the range on the Bluetooth is about 30-40 feet. My phone will regularly loose pairing (when I walk out of range) with the mixer and has to re-establish connection which can take a few secs. I host open mic nights with this unit and when mingling I can loose connection and when I come back to the stage I can't control the mixer until my phone connects back via Bluetooth. They need to increase the range IMO. Again if I stay on stage (or close to it) with my phone/tablet the Bluetooth works amazing.

Great Value but Poorly Written Instructions
Easy to carry and set up—Instructions are poorly written and incomplete. System works well but much easier to adjust settings using the phone app. However, there are virtually no instructions on how to install and use the phone app—needed to find a friend who uses the system to assist with app.

Fair
Found tuning knobs (Bass, Treble, Vol etc...) difficult or unable to read at a glance due to digital tuning screen. Sounds ok, but did seem to lack power/volume. Also did not seem to have a full open or airy sound when using guitar and backing tracks. Light weight & Easy to carry.
