Hi does this really taste like barbeque food I'm looking for something that gives a charcoal effect and flavour

It doesn’t give a smoked flavour as if cooked on an open flame, no.

Can you grill and fry at the same time?

Actually it must be female, (and able to multitask), I watched a YouTube video showing burgers being grilled while chips cooked as the same time. They used a ninja accessory for the chips called a combo crisper basket.

Can you cook chips and meat together, so they're ready at the same time?

I have roasted a beef joint which I wrapped in foil to rest. The roast potatoes air fried in 20 minutes very successfully.
