I got this to go underneath our large litter tray because I was fed up with constantly clearing up trails of (wood chip) cat litter all over the house. The size of the mat is good but to be honest I don't think it is much more effective at catching the litter than any short pile mat would be. I also find that the litter it does trap tends to gets stuck in it and is quite hard to remove. On the plus side it is waterproof and eliminates the need for newspaper, which one of my cats likes to shred and leave everywhere. But overall I think it is rather overpriced for what it is.

Brilliant best mat out there for catching little stuck in their paws. I have five cats and as you can imagine the litter boxes are in constant use! This really does work. I've tried everything out there and because of the size of this mat it give them a chance to walk on it with all 4 paws as they leave the tray. Yes a few stray bits escape but if you used another mat in front then it would do an even better job if u have the floor space. I'm back to buy another one for that reason.

Wasn't too sure if this would be worth it but have found it is great!The mat is great for hoovering litter up or just being able to pick it up and shake it out.I didn't buy it for this reason, my cat hasn't quite worked out how to cover her business with the litter. She scratches the wall, the curtain or my poor carpet! We bought the mat so rather than pulling up the carpet she would scratch at the mat instead - and it works perfectly!So now I can clean up after her quickly and without making even more mess plus I dont need to buy new carpet!

I wasn't sure about these cat litter mats and bought this one thinking I would probably end up using it as a door mat (I need one of those!), but I have to say that it really does seem to work. I have just changed from pellets (because of the smell) to Cats Best and was dreading having it trail all up the stairs again, but in fact this mat prevents it completely. I am surprised and delighted. May buy another one as a doormat too!!

The mat is large and seems waterproof and sturdy but useless if you use a finer grain cat litter as it gets stuck in the mat and you can’t get it out. It works to protect the floor but the whole mat has become stuck with impossible to remove granules of litter and bow looks horrendous.

This is great..Very annoying that it comes folded quite small and therefore full of creases..It has to go under a walked on rug for a week to straighten it out..It would be so much better rolled ...not folded!!Otherwise we are pleased.

So happy with this mat! Gathers most of the litter attached to my cat's paws It's helped heaps with keeping the area around her box clean. It's a b**** to clean - I have to vacuum and after 10 minutes of vacuuming if I lift and shake, there will still e litter falling out but I can live with that. Haven't needed to wash it yet.

These are okay we use wood litter and I like to brush it off daily but it’s quite hard to use a brush on this so you have to drag out and bang off. That being said they’re better than nothing and we do have a few of them so all in all I do like them
