After trying other supplements for men's fertility, I started taking this one. Both my wife and I had issues that complicated our getting pregnant. Although my wife and I had to undergo an IUI procedure, I believe this product helped me with my part and the doctors were surprised that the first attempt successfully took. I purchased this for my husband and the female version for myself. The capsules seem to contain everything that the doctor recommends he replenishes/restocks his body with, so that's a great start. They're a reasonable size and he has no problems swallowing one per day.
