Cars & Cars 2 Box Set [Blu-ray] [2006] [Region Free]

Looked everywhere for cars 2, due to the fact my son likes to watch number 1 on repeat and let's face it, it was time for some variety in our lives. I ordered the set because my son has played our original cars dvd until it skips and now that we have blue-ray this set was perfect. Love the box to group them together for storage. If you have a boy who loves cars as much as mine I'm sure this would be a great addition to your movie collection.

My 2 year old son LOVES Cars so much. He watches it everyday. Plays with his Mater, Ramone, Doc & Lightning McQueen while he watches it. Mimics the sounds & words. Disney/Pixar is just the best at animation. I have seen this movie more times then I can count and I still enjoy watching it with my son.

Things have changed since the good ole days.... This product should be half the price like EVERYTHING else of comparible value.

Cars 1 is a wonderful movie!!! However, cars 2 seems like a completely separate movie and not a seaqual. I'm a grown adult and that movie was a little hard for me to follow (although that may have been due to the fact that I wasn't really paying close attention to the movie). None the less, my son enjoyed both movies so I guess that's all that matters.

My toddler loves Cars, so I decided to get him this double set. Since it's a region free version, it's going to play in anyone's Blu Ray player, but be advised that this is actually the UK version of Cars. The only difference I could find was that McQueen's agent, Harv, is voiced by Jeremy Clarkson (of Top Gear fame) instead of Jeremy Piven (of skipping work due to made up sushi-induced mercury poisoning fame). My kiddo noticed immediately that he got smarmy British Harv instead of smarmy LA Harv, but he was OK with it because he enjoys Top Gear just like his mama.

My son absolutely loves these movies. I felt the price was good and it contained both movies in Blu-Ray.. Which is a beautiful thing. My son would watch these over and over if he could!

What I actually got was the directors cut special edition. No boy ray Card included, comes with digital copies and 500 Disney reward points. Has a little car on top of the box. I think I might keep it, just for the 500 points. But it isn't the bluray 2 disc combo pack I ordered.

While the discs run great and my son loves them both of the cases are cheap and flimsy at best and one was already cracked when it got here. If it weren't for that they would get all 5 stars.

great combo to have if you have a kid that loves cars, especially love whn the kiddo says lets watch it again! and you can respond with lets watch cars 2!!!!

Fantastic duo of films. Cars seeing Lightning McQueen finding Radiator Springs. Cars 2 is more about Mater being a secret agent. The characters, the graphics and the details are so much better with the Blu-ray version. There are more special features and the stories are fantastic. Worth it if you have not seen them.

Ganz tolle computeranimierte Trickfilme von Pixar und Disney, für mich das Beste was es in diesem Bereich gibt. Die Bildqualität der Blu-ray sind über jeden Zweifel erhaben, einfach Fantastisch und gestochen scharf. Teil eins ist für die ganze Familie zu empfehlen und ich finde die USK Einstufung von 0 Jahren vollkommen in Ordnung, Teil zwei sehe ich nicht als für die ganze Familie geeignet da dort in der Handlung geschossen wird und es sich um eine Spionagegeschichte handelt. Dieser Teil hat zwar eine USK Einstufung von 0 Jahren was ich aber nicht nachvollziehen kann. Da wurde wohl um mehr Zuschauer ins Kino zu bekommen mehrere Augen zugedrückt bei der USK Bewertung. USK Einstufung 6 Jahre wäre in meinen Augen die richtige.

Questo cofanetto non dovrebbe mancare nella videoteca dei nostri bimbi, i personaggi sono divertenti, le storie avvincenti, la tecnica con cui sono stati realizzati superlativa. Se devo essere sincero preferisco il primo episodio, più originale e romantico rispetto al 2 più caotico e complicato, forse adatto a bimbi un pò più cresciuti. Comunque i giudici alla fine sono loro. Buon divertimento

Mon petit loup est un inconditionnel de Cars 1 et 2. Prix très raisonnable pour ce double coffret Blu Ray. Dommage que je n'ai pas trouvé de coffret Blu ray en français avec Cars Toons en plus. Bémol : le coffret en lui-même est un simple "emballage" cartonné, j'aurais préféré un peu plus ... solide.
