Top quality item. All cutting pieces, housing and tray are stainless steel. The motor is very quite for a meat grinder. It cuts through meat effortless, is well designed and compact in size.

This is brilliant. Easily grinds our chicken thighs. bones as well. And it is quiet. Much quieter than our last one. A great buy.

This machine is easy to use it was a shame it stopped working. Got in touch with the company explained what happened they sent a new machine straight away. I can not fault the company or the machine. I will purchase more things from them with out hesitation

I contacted the company several times regarding the grinder as I could not disassemble the grinding arm after grinding chopped up chicken bones. Very disappointed with the fact they asked the same questions repeatedly but didn't actually come up with a solution. I couldn't return it as my daughter binned and box! Only purchase for sausage making and not to make anything with small bones- such as dog food, which was my only reason.

I think this definitely should be rated a lot higher. Unless there was some bad production runs, this thing is a beast. I bought my first one from Amazon that was cheaper and believe me, this one has higher quality components. Everything seems to be made out of high quality stainless steel and feels high quality. And the power is very good. But the thing I like the most is that it is so much quieter than my other grinder. My family can hear now when I am grinding meat. Also, my other one had some type of cheap metal and at the end of my grind, there would be some dark residue on the last bit of meat. That does not happen on this one. I have used three different grinders and this one is the best by far. Also easier to clean due to the high quality components. I have not had the opportunity to try more expensive meat grinders but I don't think I will need to as this one does exactly what I want.
