Hack Your Mind: Unleash the Hidden Power of Your Subconscious Mind, Learn How to Bend Reality and Become Limitless

Old info, new errors.
Stereotypical illustrations were vaguely referenced and the whole book was full of grammatical and spelling errors.Example: Only one sentence referenced the 'double-silt' experiment. Double SILT.Now, anyone who is familiar with the famous double SLIT experiment (in which the results varied, indicating both waves and particles) could probably figure out what he meant. But the point he was trying to make merits more discussion than a single, mis-spelled blurb. It's not a terrible book, but if you've read much at all in this genre, it's only a poor reminder of what you probably already know.

No substance here.
Much better books out there nothing new here at all save your money. Recommend Neville Goddard, Ernest Holmes more in depth information.

Helpful...
The book is really easy to read and to follow, sections build on one another really nicely. There are some fantastic ideas in the book that I'm sure will help you get whatyou're looking for in your workouts.

Fair coverage of a complicated process.
Short read with very basic coverage of subject matter that really deserves better. The actual writings really needed a better proofread. Words like "exhaustive" or " in depth" are used though none of the discussions were either. I'm sorry to say, This book doesn't teach the art of bending reality or show how to become LimitLess.

the exercises are helpful
This is an amazing book. For each entry, they show you how to do the mind hack, explain it and how it works in terms of the brain, and then explains how it works in the real world.
