Very sturdy built, puts out good amount of air, was easy to hang , I use it on front porch, not extremely loud- not real quiet either. Will be buying another for back porch.

I was seeking a fan for inside my house. Because of this, I wanted it to be reasonably quiet but still move plenty of air. The 18" size is a good balance for these purposes so I bought this fan. Great looking and effective at moving air, plus it was quiet, BUT, it was out of balance. So even though it was quiet, the vibration made it sound like a helicopter. And the sound phased in and out which made it even more annoying. I decided to return it and try a different brand. The next fan I tried was the following Tornado. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PLXSX7Y It was very well balanced, but MUCH louder than the Simple Deluxe. So loud that I couldn't live with it in the house. I then decided to give Simple Deluxe another try to see if I could get one in balance, because it was soooo much quieter. Happily, the second one was very well balanced. So, after three fans and two brands, I finally got a quiet, well balanced fan that moves a lot of air. The first, out of balance Simple Deluxe I would have rated at 2 stars, but with the free return service and quick shipping of a good replacement unit, I am giving it 5 starts. Just make SURE you get a balanced fan! Oh, also note that the Tornado is not a free return, so it cost me 10 dollars in return shipping to finally get my set up how I wanted it. MAKE SURE you get one with free returns if you aren't sure whether you will keep it or not. Be aware that I found the same Simple Deluxe fan on two different listings, one with, and one without free returns.

These fans are great for a covered patio. South Louisiana can be extremely hot and humid, so having 5 of these on my covered back patio is a must. They work great, are easy to install, and provide fantastic airflow.

The good: Works great in my shop to keep me cool. Took no time to set it up. Fast delivery. Well packaged. No missing parts. The not so good: There are 3 speeds: fast, really fast, and super fast. Needs a low setting. It's LOUD. If you're watching video or listening to audio well, forget it. Yes, it's that loud. Quality. I mean it's okay but I'm not sure how it is going to hold up. Bottom line: It's a nice fan. It does move a lot of air. Price is spot on.

Bought these for my horse barn and they’ve held up great for close to a year now. They’re outside in wind and Florida humidity. Great for outdoor use. 3 speeds and they blow super strong without being too loud. Easy to install but a power drill does make it much easier. The horses stay cool and dry in the summer and love their fans. Enclosed motor makes me feel safe knowing they’re in a dusty barn.

We bought this fan for our patio use. We are very happy with the quality and fan speed. The video is on low speed and is usually enough. The air flow and noise level is good. It’s a good value for the price. I priced other fans comparable at almost double the price of this one. I highly recommend this product.

I love these fans. I put them up in my garage to help cool down it down. These fans produce a great amount of wind, and yet are not very loud. I have floor fans that do not put out the wind these do, and the floor fans are much louder. So, this is a great product. There are three holes in the bracket to attach to the wall or ceiling. The middle hole is a little bigger if you want to use a lag screw. I actually installed these vertical on the wall with two 3inch dry wall screws and have no issues with this coming off. Very sturdy. The only complaint I would have is that it's very difficult to get back together if you take the bracket off. I had taken it off trying to make it easier to mount on the wall as I was doing this by myself. I then attached the bracket to the wall and then the fan back to the bracket, but this was a pain in the butt and the small cap/screw thing dropped down into the fan itself and would not come out. So, I had to take the grill all the way off just to recover the small piece. The grill isn't that difficult to take off, just need to have a pair of pliers or if you have small wrench as it's a small screw and nut. Overall, this is a great fan and does exactly what its supposed to.

Way stronger than I need for a 10x10 patio in TX. They get the job done on the lowest setting. These are moving to the garage gym in place of the industrial fan I was shopping for and I'll get something lighter, weaker and cheaper for the patio. Awesome bang for the buck.
