ZEROGRANDMen's Zerogrand Chelsea Waterproof Boot

I ordered a pair of these and after wearing them a few days my right big toe started going numb.. I realized there was something like a ridge under my toe.. I pulled the insole out to check it and then it was very apparent what was causing the issue.. Ok.. No big deal.. Ill just get them swapped out.. NOPE.. They only accept unworn shoes even for trade unless you can 1st send them a picture.. Not sure how they want me to take a picture of the inside of the toe.. Even better.. Customer service Rep said.. Well.. Cant really help you then.. I have never had an issue with a shoe but I can understand things happen.. This was absolutely terrible service though.. Pls don't expect them to stand behind the product..

Very happy with these. They are darker than the picture shows. They are very light and the leather repels water. They break in over two days. The insole does not have much arch support but is removable. These are not work boots but are great for wearing to work in rainy weather. I ordered a 9.5 which is pretty normal in dress shoes for me. The 9.5 was the right length but very narrow and tight on the top of the foot. I exchanged them for 10.5 which fixed the roominess issue but are a bit long. I think a 10W would be perfect but they are not stocked.

I love these boots. I bought the chestnut during a sale Cole Haan had and fell in love! So I had to buy them in black as well. The leather is so soft and the support of the sole makes these great for a full day in NYC. I have a wider foot so with narrower toes in CH I always go a half size up. Fit perfectly.

I bought these shoes thinking they would be just like my previous purchase of Cole Haans, comfortable and pleasant to be active in all day. I was wrong. My dress shoes are MUCH more comfortable and are actually much warmer as well. I like the fact that they are waterproof but even with thick socks my feet freeze here in Central Oregon winter weather. The only reason I didn’t return and get my money back is because I’m hoping to get some use out of them in the summer. If you’re looking for nice waterproof boots for colder weather, these are not it.

I had long wanted to own a pair of these wonderful Cole Haan Zerogrand H2O boots. ‘love the comfort and fit, moving around downtown. Highly recommended!

One boot was narrow and one boot was wide. Yeah, too late to return. If they make this error please return!

I’ve only worn them for a little over a week however, they are good so far. They are easy to get on and I like the added height in the sole. Actually bought a second pair on sale out of state using an employee discount thinking I would return the other pair. Decided to keep them both since finding a good pair of slip on boots that I can wear to work that still looked somewhat dressy has been difficult to find.

Took a wile to get used to these.Best shoe I ever bought.
