Do these fit a 2021 Wrangler Willys 4-door?

Absolutely- I have a Willys and put these on it. It fits all JL 4 doors. You’ll need to remove the metal rock guards though.

Will this fit a 2022 Wrangler Unlimited?

It does NOT fit a 2022 wrangler. Screws do not screw on. Center bolts does not align with holes.

Hello does it fit 2021 jeep rubicon diesel engine? also it has bilateral bars below the doors to protect it when offroading

The engine doesn't matter as the bodies are all the same. These do not provide off road protection.
