can this oil be used in a 1994 mercury black max 200hp outboard?

This intended for use in Direct Injection outboards. Your 1994 Mercury 200HP Black Max uses Premium Plus (Recommended) or Premium Synthetic Blend.

Is this a tcw3 oil? Is it better than quicksilver premium plus? Can I use it in my 2003 135 optimax?

It is not a TCW3 oil, it was formulated for hpdi (high pressure direct injection) engines, specificly Optimax. I use this oil exclusively in my 2002 optimax 135. I run only alcohol free gas and I add Mercury Quickare Fuel Treatment to every tank.

Can i run this oil in my 1996/1997 mercury black max 150 hp efi

This oil is not recommended for EFI or carb motors. Use Premium Plus or Premium for your 1996/97 Black Max.

How long does a gallon last in a 115 hp ?

depends on how much you use your boat. I fish about 4 to 6 times a month. a gallon would probably last me about 3 months. In my opinion, its the best oil for a Mercury. I have a Mercury 225 opti max
