Basically this is a shirt that the neck opens up with snaps. I was looking for something to help with dressing my 98 year old father. This shirt was not it. Bigger neck hole not so helpful - I wanted something to snap on and off without a lot of turning. Don’t waste your money on this less than helpful design

I got two of these for my 97 yo uncle, because he recently had a stroke. His left arm is difficult to bend due to pain, and contracture/spastic muscles.The only part of this shirt that gives more access, is the neck. It gives about 4” of extra space.It isn’t what I expected, and it’s possible I didn’t read the description well enough, or more reviews...I have found great success with the full access snap tshirts. They are supposed to be for shoulder surgery recovery, however they snap on the shoulders and sides, which are perfect for my needs.What I need, is a shirt that the shoulder seam completely opens, so I can refasten the sleeve once I have the shirt on his body. This didn’t really work for me, however I did buy it bigger than needed. I am able to still use these shirts, it just takes much longer to get him dressed since I need to put one arm in before putting his head into the shirt.The shirt is very soft, it looks great. If you have someone that has good range of motion with their arms, this should work for you. If you need more room than a standard shirt, to fit these over arms, I’d order a larger size.

Nice shirt with good material. It was not what I needed though. I bought it because I thought it would completely unsnap at each shoulder but it doesn’t. It only have one magnetic snap on each side to make it easier to slip over someone’s head who needs a little help. I wanted it for after surgery. The good news is that he can still wear it once he can use his arm in normal range of motion again. Not very noticeable that it is an adaptive shirt.

I received many comments about this shirt, especially from the doctors and staff at the hospital and the doctor's office. They said they would recommend it to their new patients.

Fit weird at the shoulders and top. Disappointed.

Tuve creo una confusión con ésta magnífica camiseta, Ordené la talla " M " pues parece que me equivoque creyendo que debía pedir una talla menos de la usual, y yo he comprado talla " L"pues me quedó muy ajustada y la regresé, pero pediré " L " pues es de gran calidad y en efecto esos botones magnéticos ayudan mucho para las personas que tenemos desgaste de cervicales, lo comprobé al medirmela, ningun dolor me causó, sobre todo al quitármelo, compraré, las que tengan " L " y distinto color.Mis disculpas por mi error.

Excelente calidad, suave y confortable. La talla y ajuste es regular. Pide la talla de siempre. No es ajustada.
