The media could not be loaded. Update : it stopped working and I can't charge it any more, it's stuck at 72% and won't charge my phone, and can't be charged either. I'm disappointed by it since it was such a good portable charger :(. This happened after a year of using it. This portable charger is the best one I've seen. It's lightweight, slicker and slimmer than other portable chargers I've seen, very efficient because it includes built in cables (so you don't need to worry about bringing any) and because it tells you the exact battery percentage (rather than the other ones with 4 dots with 25% incrimants where you have to guess the exact percentage) also it has 10,000 mAh which is better than the standard 3300 mAh I see often priced at £7 to £10. Overall it's a great performing portable charger and is the best I've seen. Hope this helps :))

After getting a few different powerbanks that disappointed for one reason or another, this one hits the bullseye. It's small enough to go into a bag without taking up much space and can comfortably fit easily in a coat/trouser pocket. It has a percentage charge reader so you know exactly how much power you have before venturing out. It has 2 neatly built-in cables, one for iphone the other a micro usb and a very nift USB C adaptor, so most phone models are covered. And it has a VERY impressive power capacity. It can recharge my Samsung S5 mini multiple times before running out, at least six. This powerbank is pure quality from style to substance and at cheaper price than many inferior counterparts there's no need to look elsewhere. Get it, you won't regret it.

The original power pack supplied was, unfortunately, faulty. It would not charge my iPhone 5S (yes they still do exist in use!) or my daughters iPhone 6S. Successfully charged an iPad, but then would not be re-charged, even leaving for many hours, % stayed same.Contacted DULLA who were very helpful and tried to resolve the issue. DULLA replaced the unit and this one is a completely different animal!Charges my phone from 58% to 84% in about 45 minutes and totally charges it to 100% in about 2 hours.As it was delivered with 86% and is now only 81% I'll need to re-charge it later as seems to be very efficient.Not the lightest of packs, but very slick looking and functions very well.If you are unlucky to receive a faulty unit (hopefully a one-off) then I'd recommend you contact DULLA as they are extremely helpful and will make sure you end up a happy customer.I'd definitely recommend this product.

Came half charged at 85%. It looked a bit worrying at first as the percentage number did not change even after fully charging 2 iPhones. It then rapidly started dropping after charging an iPad. After draining the battery and fully charging it it seems that the battery has calibrated and it now works perfect. Very nice and practical design with built in cables and a screen that tells you the charge amount left. Shipping was quick with no problems. Very happy with the purchase so far.

When I first received this product I absolutely loved it (albeit a tad heavier and bigger than what I had expected). I need this product to charge my phone a few times a day as I need to have the battery replaced on my phone. It charged my phone quickly and its own charge lasted quite a few days. However, I purchased this product on March 15th, it is just over 3 months later and it no longer working. When i plug my phone into the power-box the phone 'reacts' like a device has been plugged in but the power-box doesn't actually turn-on. When I unplug my phone, the error message '188' appears. I thought perhaps I simply needed to charge the power box again (although surprised because I charged it 2 days ago), however the power-box has a 70% charge. Just a warning to any future consumers. I didn't abuse this device or spill anything on it - all my other power-boxes have lasted years and the only reason they needed to be replaced is the reason any batteries need to be replaced. I am very disappointed.

Absolutely LOVE this! GREAT quality and EXACTLY as described! Best charger ever.I've had a charger with cables included before but it was a cheap one and it lasted for only one full charge.But this one, oh, when I tell you, IT. IS. THE. BEST.It is lightweight, not bigger than an iPhone, great design, ABSOLUTELY the most comfortable charging with the included cables and slots, charges itself from 0% to 100% for not more than an hour, and most importantly - I can charge my iPhone 3 FULL times from 1% to 100% with just one full battery on the thing! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHARGER ON THE MARKET!
