I am not a huge review writer but I felt so strong about this product I wanted to spread the word. I started taking Meratrim from Logic Nutra after reading some reviews on it. After an in the line of duty injury and a total of 12 weeks in a hospital and rehab center I was left disabled unable to maintain my usual 190lbs. by running and weight training and exploded to 260lbs. I have tried about every other weight loss product out there with little to no results. The first day I started taking Meratrim I noticed that my cravings were gone and I didn't feel hungry. I do not sleep well getting only two and half to three hours a night and I use to have all kinds of cravings. Meratrim has even taken away those night time hunger pangs. I have not weighed since starting the product about two and half weeks but I know my body is losing. I have taken up a notch in my belt and my pants feel like they are getting loose. This product is not only outstanding but Logic Nutra customer service has a 5 star rating as well. Elaine from Logic Nutra called me to see how well I was getting along with the product. That is a first for me that a company calls for a follow up to check on you. I feel this product and this company has their customers satisfaction is their top priority. Thank you Elaine and Logic Nutra for your dedication to your customers. I plan on weighing at six (6) weeks and I know I will be blown away with what the scale will read. Keep up the great job.

This was the second bottle I purchased. I took merotrim for 1 month and noticed it made me feel gassy. Although I didn't lose any weight yet. I wanted to keep trying so I ordered another bottle. This time, when I took the pill, I got terribly sick with nausea and vomiting. I tried again a week later and the same thing happened. I was sick all day.

I just wanted to say that I am very skeptical about any form of weight loss pills/ patches or tinctures on the market. I have tried my fair share and haven't been too happy. Well I am totally amazed with Meratrim! I work from home so sometimes I am sitting for very long periods of time! When working from home you have deadlines to be met and are always expected to be available especially in the industry I work for. So 12-14 hour days sitting can pack on the pounds! As requested you take 1 pill in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and repeat for dinner. Now I don't always get the 30 minutes right but I still take the pill and let's just say I'm 4 pounds lighter! My energy levels are boosted and I feel great! The holidays will no longer scare me of the weight loss I always gain! Thank you for an amazing product! For the price and the results I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Will be ordering again!

I opted to try this after reading the "Efficacy and tolerability of Meratrim" for overweight individuals - it's available to read for free at NCBI. I started it in January and honestly made no changes to diet or exercise; it's winter in the Midwest. It's too cold. BUT that would put me at about 10 weeks in at this point. I was going to wait to review until I finish the 16 weeks of the trial and compare, but this last weekend, I was able to fit into a skirt that couldn't get over my hips when I started, so I thought I'd step in now! Haven't been measuring my waistline, but my hips have dropped a full size, as noted above. The study said that overweight healthy individuals with a healthy diet and moderate exercise at 8 weeks lost an average of 4.45 cm at the hip; that's 1.75" for us non-metrics. Without using a measuring tape and just relying on clothes fit, that's about where I am; a size 6 hip is 36.5" and a size 4 is 33-35.5". It was an easy fit, so my hips have definitely lost close to 2". I can also say that after only a few weeks in, even if my weight hadn't changed, the appearance of the weight did. My hips and thighs were smoother looking. I'm hopeful that now that winter is leaving us and I can do things like go outside and walk, the progress might step up, but so far, even without doing my part of it, I'm seeing the study to be pretty accurate. Side effects were straight-forward: for me, it was exactly comparable to having exactly one cup of coffee too many. Coffee drinkers, you know what I mean. It's lessened as time has gone on. I advise you to review some of the clinical studies before trying. See the average results, compare to your own health and status, and go from there.

I have taken this supplement for almost 3 weeks now and have not seen a change in my weight. However, I have not changed my eating habits or exercise habits. I wanted to see what would happen with the supplement alone, and unfortunately not much has changed. I plan to clean up my diet and add in some exercise during the next week to see what may change.

I rotate in and out, weight loss supplements to lose or maintain weight, depending upon the time of year. I purchased this based upon the reviews I saw here, but I'm sorry to report that this product had a definite negative side effect which I cannot afford: it raised my blood pressure by nearly 30 points. My blood pressure has been in the 110/70 range for about a year now, and when I saw the doctor today and found that, even after meditating while waiting for her in the exam room, by blood pressure was 139 over 80, I was dismayed and alarmed. I've tried Garcinia Cambogia which gave me dry mouth; Saffron extract, which also gave me dry mouth; Forskolin, most brands of which gave me a negative inflammatory response, and now this, which raised my BP. It's easy for people to say that clean diet and moderate exercise are all you need to lose weight, but for those of us with metabolic challenges (endocrine issues), or physical limitations, it simply isn't enough. The search for a "safe" and "natural" weight loss product could go on forever, and yes, I do recommend talking to your dr. about any over the counter stuff first. But ultimately, whether you do or don't take the plunge into this insane weight-loss market will be your own decision. I just wanted to share my experience with you to give you yet another perspective.

Worth a try, what can it hurt? It can only help. I do have much less appetite, that’s for sure. I also like the fact that you lose weight slowly, it has been proven in studies and for only $10 a month compared to other products that caused up to $100 and which contain unnecessary and even dangerous ingredients like caffeine.

Started taking it the day I received it woke up woke vomiting with diarrhea and stomach cramps so I thought maybe it was something I ate, not over it next day I yoke one thirty minutes before dinner and low and behold my dinner was coming back up , I had stomach cramps and I was vomiting up my dinner. If this stuff is supposed to be all natural I would like to know natural with what Because I also had a headache as well. Try it at your own risk but it’s not worth it

If you want to lose weight by way of explosive diarrhea, then this is the supplement for you. My appetite declined after the first couple of weeks. Then the severe cramps and many trips to the toilet per day began. I almost crapped my pants while driving one day. I didn't realize at first it was the Meratrim. When I realized I really hadn't lost more than maybe 3 pounds after a month and stopped taking them, the symptoms went away. I do NOT recommend!
