Was hoping this was a less expensive option to the Gizmo but it just doesn't work well. It was tough to set up and I still don't know what I was missing, but the tracking / GPS function never worked. My son was only able to call my number (the account holder) and I could not figure out how to allow it to call other phone numbers. Tried entering them in the app and it was constantly showing connection and service errors and not allowing the additional numbers. It never tracked, could not send or receive messages, only called one number. The only positive is that when he could call me (must be standing in the exact right area of our town) it was pretty clear, but the good news ends there. None of the other functions would work and if they do eventually, it is not worth the hassle of trying to figure out. Will be returning.

I like all the services this provides. Yes it takes a minute to setup but really if you follow the instructions it can be done fast. You setup a phone book to your child’s watch you can even lock the phone to unknown numbers so they cannot call. The gps is accurate for me. My sons are happy with this purchase.

Awful, awful, awful! Got this as a Christmas gift for our child. No matter what you do, the time sets to 5 hours ahead with no way to change it. Watch accepted a full charge ONCE! Watch died within 5 hours of wear, meaning no games played and only two phone calls accepted, and it was dead. Will not hold a charge at all. So disappointing to have given this as a gift that was very much looked forward to, and it turns out to be total garbage. Save your money, your time, and save your children the disappointment. Don’t buy this watch!

Terrible product. The first watch I received did not work, the second watch did sync to the SIM card and seemed to work for a few hours. I received notifications that the watch left my home while it was sitting on the table next to me. The volume is not adjustable and is very loud so my son could not wear it to school. Time is military time and can’t be converted. There is only one function button and when pressed it sends a SOS signal, it’s supposed to only do that when you press down for 3 seconds, you can’t tap it without sending the signal. Very disappointed. My son waited for the watch and was so excited to get it, when we finally got it working he refused to wear it, he was disappointed as well.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. We have had at least 4 people try to get this watch to work. We purchased the sim card with the watch to ensure we got the right one. It WON'T go online so I can't set the time nor enter any phone #s nor can it make call. USELESS.

I was reading the instructions included with watch, it was not proper English. It didn’t come with a SIM card, it said in fine print that I had to purchase it separately. Also, it only works with 1 phone carrier. Very disappointing!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A TRACKING DEVICE FOR MY KIDS BUT THESE ARE FULL ON KIDS SMART WATCHES AND YOU NEED AN AIRTIME CHIP OR SIM CARD ALONG WITH A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. COOL ITEM JUST NOT WHAT I NEED.

This watch pretty much sucks. I only gave it 2 stars because it looks pretty and it has a nice bright screen. There are numerous problems with it and I can't understand why people gave it 5 stars. It will only connect to the app 10% of the time and you can only set things up through the app. The short amount of time it does connect, the GPS shows it a mile and a half away from where it is. I was able to make calls by putting the sim in but he has to turn the volume all the way up so I can hear him. Those are the main 2 reasons I bought the watch. The time zones were not labeled well so it basically a guessing game to set up the time, when it was connected. Needless to say, I'm sending it back.
