Premama Lactation Supplement and Dietary Support

My daughter was born 2/5/2023 from an emergency c section. I was on fentanyl & oxy so i was unable to breastfeed / pump for 2 weeks because of the meds & the pain. By Week #3 I knew i needed my milk to come in so i started to pump every 3 hours (latching was too painful at that time). Each day, I was only pumping 2.5oz from both breasts COMBINED. This was a huge issue considering my baby was drinking 2oz every feed. I was supplementing with Similac 360 but was unhappy because she was extremely gassy and wasnt getting enough breast milk. I ordered Mother’s Milk tea because of the reviews & this KILLED my supply. I went from producing 2.5oz every 24 hours to 1oz. I’ve tried power pumping , drinking more water , mother’s milk tea, frida mom lactation gummies, oats, chamomile tea, and even milkmakers lactation cookies . NOTHING WORKED. I was STILL AT 1oz. I ordered this drink mix & it arrived 4/25/2023. I drank 1 packet EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE . Today is 5/2/2023. Its been exactly 7 days since I drank the first pack & I AM SOOOO CLOSE TO 1.5!!!!! This is the FIRST pump session for the day, so Im pretty sure I’ll be at almost 2.5 by the end of the day. If you’re struggling with boosting your supply , this is DEFINITELY the product you need. I’ll be ordering again closer to the end of the month .

I never leave reviews! But I had to review this product...I can honestly say this has been a wonderful product for me so far! I purchased due to returning back to work in a few weeks. I have a well established supply but wanted to maintain it as I decided to get an IUD and was worried about it affecting things on top of returning back to work. I currently EBF and only pump in the mornings on the opposite side that baby doesn’t nurse. I have only been taking for 5 days and since then I have had to do a night pump and a few days I did an evening pump, baby has not nursed any less then usual so I believe it is from this product. I also thoroughly enjoy the flavor. I will continue to use this product through out this nursing journey! Thank you PREMAMA!!

This product has worked very well for me. The taste is pretty bad. I have to chug it then chase it with some kind of juice to get the after taste out of my mouth. The good thing is you only need to drink one 12oz bottle a day. So I drink it first thing in the morning and get it out of the way. The benifits you get from drinking it are so worth the bad taste. The price is very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

It worked! I am exclusively breastfeeding my son (who is 6 months old) and i was just trying to pump more to store in my freezer. I was pumping an extra at least 1 ounce on each side only after 2 days of taking it. I took it for 8 days total, and was up to an extra 1.5 ounces extra on each side, but unfortunately, it gave me and my son heartburn terribly and made my son super gassy and miserable. So i stopped it completely. I am highly sensitive to things also, but i think this could work for someone else! I would highly suggest putting it in a 16 or 20 oz water bottle and i would shake it up really well after eat drink cause some of the powder doesn't dissolve well, but the taste is not bad at all, but just keep shaking it up. Wished I could have kept using it tho!

I love it !!! I honestly think that any supplements for lactation to work have to be accompanied by a discipline breastfeeding or pumping to work ... but definitely the premama helps to keep you supply and to give your water a nice taste let’s face it is not so fun to chuck water all day !!!! The best thing about this one is that it has very little calories non from sugar... I try other brand and it had a ton of sugar and believe me my cellulite was getting out of control so this feature is amazing it does the job without giving you a ton of sugar aka cellulite in power ;)

we had our first baby two years ago and my wife couldn’t produce good milk flow. she was very upset and depressed about it because she couldn’t feed our baby. i read some amazing reviews so thought i would try it. so i ordered 2 of these three months ago to surprise her because she was already worried about not being able to produce enough milk again for our baby on the way born 1/7. so she was very excited to try it but then immediately upset when the one tube she opened was rock hard and would not dissolve. we had the same problem with majority of tubes from both boxes! so know i have a faulty product i cannot use and a low flow sad wife.

I found these on clearance previously, and I’ve noticed a difference with and without. The decided to stock up where I could! Tastes great, just make sure you mix well! I usually put 2 packets into 32oz of water, and it still tastes great!

I swear by this stuff! Not only does it dissolve quickly and completely, but it tastes delicious and it works amazingly. My supply wanted to be low but as long as I took this consistently daily, I was pumping at least an additional 1.5-2.5 oz PER pumping session. I’m grateful for this product. Also, people will say it tastes funny or like licorice... the main ingredients are FENUGREEK and FENNEL! I can’t believe they get it to taste so much like berries in spite of that fact.
