First, let me start by saying, these were unbelievably easy to install. My daughter just started an electricians course at school and she was able to put these up by herself. We installed four lights, I'd say it took her about 45 minutes to install them all. Second, if you're like me and constantly forget to turn off your porch light, these are for you. Every night, when it is dark enough, they turn on by themselves (if your light switch is on, obviously) and then in the morning when there is enough natural daylight, they shut off. I haven't bought any of the Edison bulbs yet, but it still looks great with a normal bulb. Nice and bright! We've had these up for a few weeks now and have not had any issues.

I wanted to update the awful 1980's lamps next to my front doors on a seriously tight budget. The lights needed to be larger in size than your average carriage lamp which was easily found in the budget. I stumbled upon these and was skeptical.. I tend to avoid the itwms with titles that twll you its obviously coming from a Chinese knock off manufacturer. I am glad I finally decided to take the chance. They not only fit well under my budget, were larger in size but also a bit industrial farmhouse looking. All good fits for me! We have had to do some siding cutting which made the installation a little harder for us. Otherwise, the install was very simple. I could have done it alone if not for the siding. I was concerned that he Edison bulbs included wouldn't give enough light to really work well but, I was also very pleasantly surprised there. I have no idea why the review asks for stars on motion detection because these do not have it. They don't claim to have it. I guess I give that 5 stars because its exactly as advertised? I cannot speak to durability in weather. Our front doors are fairly deep under a porch where these see very little weather or direct sun.

I’ve had these for 4 years and they’ve never given me any issues! The dusk to dawn feature is a game-changer, I just keep the light switch on and they automatically know when to turn the bulb off and on. For the price and style, these are an extremely good value! Even if they were to quit working today, I would have gotten my money out of them. Definitely recommend!

Good quality easy to install and they are a little more heavy than I expected. So far they’re clean and beautiful but I’m not a fan of the open bottom since there is nothing to prevent the spiders from going in there.

Great look for less dupes. Have had installed for a couple years and they look great!

I love the fact that you can put any bulbs you wish in these. The antique bulbs look great and we even added colors for different times of the year or different sports teams. I’m glad I went with the larger lights because they look great on a large garage door. They have lasted well through wind and rain, storms and extreme temperature changes and continue to work well. The dusk to Dawn feature is the best part because you don’t have to think about turning them on every night. There has been no flickering that we have noticed with these lights. They are lightweight, but sturdy enough to withstand extreme weather.

We gave these to our electrician to put up on a new construction house so I can't speak to the installation process, but there were no complaints. They line up parallel to the mounting surface and look great. We put 5000K daylight bulbs in because we weren't looking for the "warm white" look, but the bulbs included do work fine and look good. The only complaint (and there's nothing you or the manufacturer could do about it) is that the lights won't come on all at the same time because they have their own photo cells. I am thinking about installing a smart wifi switch to help these come on at the same time with a schedule instead of just using the photo cell. My 4 lights turn on/off within 20-30 minutes of each other, but even the two right next to each other are a few minutes off. It sometimes looks funny when I come home at dusk and only half the lights are on, but the majority of the time they are all on together.

Really nice fixtures, for the price especially! They even came with the Edison bulbs pictured. Took my husband no time at all to put up. Very happy with the purchase.
