Used three of them in an otherwise crappy iluminating stand, to glow up a piece of uranium glass. Good product and a good value.

I think the resistor could have been a bit lower so if you want to remove it you can but other than that it works for lighting a glow in the dark paint I have. It’s not too bright or dim.

For those doing 3D resin printing, with 405nm resin, I can confirm that the UV 5mm does work to cure the inside of resin prints. An important step to prevent liquid resin from reacting with the outer shell of cured resin and resulting in a physical failure of the model. The two cracked models show what happens if you don't cure the inside of the prints. To test, I dipped a mini in the resin vat, let some resin drop on the tray and then set up the LEDs near the mini and the puddle. They were both non-tacky within 5 minutes. For connections, these LEDs already have a resistor and I bought the following power supply which has an adaptor with screws for bare end wires. I twisted the groups of wires and put them in the adaptor. Plugged in the adaptor and I am set to cure inside models. No soldering, as you will see if you YouTube "resin curing snake". I only put in 5, but it's a 1A adaptor and the LEDs only use 20mA so you could attach a lot of them. Works well, wire seems to be a decent quality. Not the brightest light but it’s what’s expected from a diode style led vs chip led

They come nicely packaged and work perfectly to cure the inside of my resin prints. There are more than enough to meet my needs, and give me some extra in case any burn out earlier than expected.

Plenty of sets in this package and as long as you have the correct voltage they work great! I use them to cure the inside of my resin prints.

In the picture, 12 volt on the left, 9 volt on the right. There is very little visible difference in brightness or color between the two. There's certainly is a UV element to the color, but it is mostly blue.
