Will this bag fit under my seat on an airplane?

Yes, I had a carry on suitcase and this was my “personal item”.

Anyone know if Spirit airline will consider this bag as a “personal item”?

Spirit will charge any bag if it isn’t your purse.. because it’s a bag no matter what, if it’s a carry on or check in bag. Spirit may have cheap tickets but that’s how they get you! They charge you on everything even snacks on the plane and even ear phones. So the answer is no. That’s bag is considered a carry on.

Would this bag fit underseat in an airline?

Didn't fit at all under the seat in Delta--it was too wide to go on its side, and too tall to go standing up. It was full but not jam-packed. It is a pretty big bag so that is a risk. On the return flight I had less in it, and it fit under the seat.

does this fit on a carry on for south west?

Unfamiliar with Southwest carry on rules. However, bag looks like it will store under seat in front of you or in overhead bin. It’s smaller than suitcase I carried on when I flew Delta and United. About the size of a gym duffel bag.
