I have been wanting one for the longest. CL and FB ads have people selling used equipment for brand new prices. No thanks. Saved up for new and read the reviews. I put on a cable u-bolt tie and Im damn sure the wire will break before the u-bolt comes loose. I love the worm gear winch. No need to lock the load in place b/c it automatically holds the load.

It operates as advertised and was tested with our load of approximately 250 pounds. It arrived in perfect condition. It was difficult to judge the size, with no frame of reference in the pictures. The dimensions were stated and it is to spec, however, the base seems a bit small. The wheels do not pivot, so it only rolls in the one direction. The crank handle can be a bit strange to use, it has a hinge in the middle of the crank arm which is so that when the lift is in the horizontal position, the crank handle won't hit the ground. Maybe if just the handle part of the crank arm was hinged it would be better.

Uses a cable crimp that failed when maxed height was reached.Tech support stated that I should replace it with a cable clamp and that he doesn't like the crimp.Company knows that the crimp can fail before the cable does, however that is how they manufacture and ship it to its customer.90 day warranty... Buyer beware...

It does not have swivel casters like the description. The bottom front casters don’t have bearings nor washers on the pins. So the cotter pin eventually wears through. I’m very disappointed for the price. The wench gears are cheap as well.

I purchased the light hand truck with a winch from Amazon for our new Tap House (B2 Taphouse; Salem, Oregon). It is absolutely perfect for handling kegs, brewer to truck and truck to our cold room. We visit brewers all over Oregon to purchase different craft brews and everyone, including our distributors, are handling the kegs by hand.....165 lbs. When they see the lift they go nuts.

Makes lifting heavy items to a work bench or shelf safer and easier. For use on smooth level surface. Not easily used as a hand truck. I would purchase this item again for use in my shop.

This is a great product and does the job well. Easy to load and unload out of vehicles and didn’t weigh a ton. It’s all about having the right equipment! I would definitely recommend
