Nice mags, but one short
They're exactly what I need for my project. Since they're dark brown, I don't have to worry about painting them. They're strong and can easily attach to anything metal when you're handling them. I ended up thinking I'd lost one because it got stuck to the bottom of a pencil holder. It was attracted to something metal inside of it and it took me half a day to discover it. Also, if you attach an iron sheet dead center onto a magnet they can be very hard to remove by hand alone. I found it fairly easy to do by just using another magnet to pull the iron sheet away from the center and then you can easily peel or slide it off. I was thinking my solution would require me to have two magnets stuck together, but these work with each magnet sticking to an iron sheet. Thus instead of getting 8 interfaces you get 16 total.

Great magnets, pleasantly suprised at the strength
After being let down from just about every magnet I've purchased on amazon, I had given up but saw these and figured I'd try Amazon one more time before going to the magnet website I typically use (which sadly is not cheap and why I was hoping to find something here) and these have been 100% great, have had more than enough strength for every application I've used them for ( I use magnets for just about anything you can imagine, they are useful in all kinds of crazy ways you wouldn't even think of... Or maybe I just have a problem.haha either way, these have been great). I highly recommend. I will say THESE ARE VERY STRONG, CAN BE HARD TO SLIDE APART of YOU DONT HAVE FAIRLY STRONG HANDS. YOU MIGHT NEED A MAGNET SEPERATOR (I can only imagine they're for sale on here or I know there are all kinds of videos/plans online that have instructions to build one, they are very simple to build, with very low cost) I COULD SEE HOW A PERSON COULD EASILY PINCH THEIR FINGERS OR ANYTHING IN BETWEEN THESE WHEN THEY SNAP TOGETHER. I GAVE A FRIEND OF MINE 2 OF THEM AND THE MORON LET HIS DAUGHTER PLAY WITH THEM. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE HAD A VERY UPSET DAUGHTER WITH A LITTLE BLOOD BLISTER ON HER FINGER, SO... I CANNOT BELIEVE I ACTUALLY NEED TO SAY THIS BUT....THESE ARE DEFINITELY NOT A TOY FOR YOUR CHILD AND NOT AT ALL SIMILAR TO THE LITTLE MAGNET BALLS THEY MAKE FOR KIDS

Great magnet for my use but they do rust when used outdoors.
This review is for the 25mm round magnet in a cup. I use these outside (Phoenix area) under a gazebo. They are great for what I am using them for, but the cup part of the magnets do rust. The magnet part which has some kind of metallic coating on it has not rusted so far. See pictures. The supplied screws also have not rusted. These have been in use outside for about two years. I also have these stored indoors and in my garage and these ones have not rusted. If you need something for a moist, wet environment that will not change appearance due to rusting, these are not for you. Holding power is pretty good. The true magnetic side is the side where you see the magnet where the screw enters from. The other side, the cup side, is only very slightly magnetic. Barely enough to hold itself to some metal surfaces, but certainly not enough to also hold something with the exposed magnetic side. You have to mount it with the screw hole provided. The screw tightens against the magnet so if you tighten too much, the magnet will break. Neodymium magnets are notoriously brittle. That is why so many of them are somehow supported by other metal such as these cup shapes. I'd buy these again and I have bought these twice for my use. The rust doesn't bother me in my use case. They could improve them by using actual rust proof/resistant metal for the cup.

absolutely fantastic!!!!
I bought these to tie to the "corners" of my rope spiderweb we put on the garage door for Halloween. They work GREAT! They are so strong that one magnet broke the 20 lb. fishing line I used to tie them on the web. The knot held but it broke theline itself. I love these things.

Super powerful and easily mounted for peg boards and white boards.
WOW! super strong and just what I needed. I mount these on the wall to provide magnetic anchor points for a white board and boy do they hold strong. I lost the magnet to my trendmill and just tied a string around the magnetic loophole and a simple clothsline clip and macgyvered a solution. Works great now. I really love the strength of these magnets and that they have a hole for mounting.

Magnets are powerful
Did not expect the magnets to be so strong for their small size. The worked perfectly.

Strong pull force, but FRAGILE - they crack if you tighten the screws
The magnets are too fragile for their own M4 screws. If you tighten with enough force to counter the 150 pound pull strength, the magnets will crack. Because the countersink is not very deep, standard M4 screws will not be flush with the surface of the magnet. The heads of the screws will sit proud of the magnet by a significant amount. I ended up using a two part epoxy and milling off the tops of the screws, but it was a hassle and I donโt trust it to be strong enough to hold the magnets in place.

Strong & good quality
It's strong but if you want to put fabrics between the magnet and the washer get the stronger version because it becomes weak. The screws are really small too which make the magnet hard to install.

Strong with nice finish
Good strength and finish. I used these to display items in a cabinet. Coins, lighters & paper currency. They hold perfectly and still allow items to be removed and replaced easily. Very happy with the purchase.

Very powerful magnets
These magnets are VERY powerful. I was very surprised by the holding power. They do however break quite easily. If they didn't break so easily I would definitely rate them 5 stars.

Great product and service! 100% recommend!
Amazing strong! Bought two packs, had one individual magnet fall from my hand, land on concrete and unfortunately it broke- I was able to return no problem! Highly recommend! This product and company!!
