I have been using for two days now. My anxiety is more anticipation-based and always “before the journey” - not the journey itself! So one of these in the morning with my brekkie, 30 mins before leaving the house and i do feel much calmer i must say! I don’t require many nervous trips to the toilet before-hand when taking one of these! They are quite chunky hence the 4* for ease to swallow, like a tic tac who has been down the gym!

I've only been taking one a day and it seems to have helped a little. I'm sure two a day will help a lot.

I can't say this helped me much to relax, I think the idea that you've taken something that should do something mentally just helps you out lol.

I bought the whole range to give myself and my family a boost, and I can safely I've seen a big improvement. I would highly recommend anyone considering buying these, to do so. Not only because of their benefits but also because they are great value, as you normally need to take several different supplements to get same ingredients and benefits that these provide in just two capsules.Safe to say I will be buying these regularly from now on.

I’ve used it for a while now and it don’t seem to have any effect. Natural and all I believe is more of an expensive placebo effect and I am questioning it’s use. 0 product value for 18£ a box I would expect to be “zen”. Bought it as the reviews convinced me. Not trying to ruing the product, maybe it worked for some. I am 22 and was using it when uni work would get to my head and had no effect whatsoever.

Finally something that works. I feel less stressed and anxious and sleeping much better. Really helpful breathing exercise was on the little card in the box too :)
