What is the warranty on this?

I don't know. We have had ours for 7 or 8 months with no problems, if that helps.

Does this work in loose sand on a beach loaded with 200 pounds? Can both wheels turn at the same time (posi traction)? Thanks

The machine does not have positraction; however, since both wheels are inherently loaded to the ground at all times it really doesn't need it. A free differential drive is employed so that it can be easily steered by the operator. The machine will work in loose sand as long as sufficient stiffness exists to keep the tires above ground. The actual wheel loading is 1/2 a normal wheelbarrow since there are two supporting tires. In sand the friction loading is greater than normal hard surface so the battery will not last as long. I have no problem with my unit working over loose gravel and that is similar to sand.

Is there breaking for going down hill?

No, there is no breaking. However, you can control the speed by not pushing down the speed controller and pulling the wheelbarrow towards you as you go down the hill. So, the things in the wheelbarrow will not fall out.
