Beautiful puzzle but after working on a 1,000-piece puzzle very disappointing that a piece was missing! Unless Bits and Pieces makes this right by either returning my money or sending a new puzzle, I will not be buying another one of their puzzles!!!!!UPDATE: Bits and Pieces got back to me the very next day after notifying them that a piece was missing. They refunded my money the day after that. EXCELLENT customer service. I will not hesitate to order more puzzles from Bits and Pieces and neither should you!!!

I really wanted to glue this one to be able to frame it. I tried a spray on first then a roll on and it did not adhere. When I went to put it on the picture frame backboard the whole thing fell apart. I had to throw it away because some parts did glue abut most did not.

Wish the edge pieces were easier to do! Many pieces look like they would be edge pieces but were not. So time was wasted on trying to make them work. Some pieces are also very oddly shaped. So that makes this puzzle a bit more of a challenge.

This was bought for my daughter. She said it is very good quality and is enjoying putting it together.

Good thick pieces that assemble easily and hold together. The colors are really natural looking.

I didn’t like this puzzle because of the oddly shaped pieces and the difficulty of it. It’s very light weight so if you bump it the pieces fall apart. Too many pieces of the same colors. The scene is beautiful but the weird shapes made me crazy. No more bits and pieces for me.

This was a really fun puzzle to do! A little difficult, but it was the perfect Christmas tradition for our family.

So frustrating after 4 weeks completing this with my children to discover that 1 piece is missing.
