On the whole the mirror is excellent, easy to use and looks very nice. The ability to easily dim and change the colour temperature of the lights is very nice. The ability to hang in landscape or portrait is a useful feature. It would be 5 stars from me but for the following small issues:- more electric cable is needed (it only reaches to the edge of the mirror)- the standby light is red and personally I find that a bit aggressive and harsh- there seems to be no memory function for the lights (i.e. it always defaults to cold white when you switch on)- was slightly more expensive than other similar mirrors I have had (considering there is no demister function)

I bought this for my revamped bathroom. It looks lovely and the light is so bright. Really sets the room off.

The product is faulty, the light section on two sections is scratched. How can I get a replacement as really like the mirror/light

Led light wired in but not working. Has anyone Else had this problem. The mirror is fine but I paid extra for the led light.Note. A month later to be fair to the vendor they refunded me a portion for the broken led. So thanks to the customer service

Had electrician to fit as needed connection to electrical supply and removal of old shaving point and light.Looks good and red area on Mirror see Clearly in dark so know exactly where to switch on.

Cracking bit of kit. Easy to operate, and to fit to the wall, the touch switch area is illuminated a nice blue all the time but imo not offensive at all. Easy to operate. Very pleased with this purchase.

looks good works well strong enough light. slight hairline scatch in silver backing of mirror is a minor issue but not a huge problem

Replacement mirror delivered within 5 days of complaint. Fantastic service and also replacement mirror is great
