Brison Metatarsal Pads Ball of Foot Cushion for Men and Women

Wear these for my Mortons Neuroma. Walk quite a lot and its extremely uncomfortable without them. These stay in place and are comfortable to wear. Been desperately waiting for beige ones to come into stock. Black not very fetching in the summer!!! I've tried others these are definitely the best.

Great, fit well and feel good, no more pain in ball of foot while walking, I am impressed with these. With so many types of foot pads and none of them with really good reviews, I decided I may need to try several and go from there. I think a lot of issues are relating to how they fit, coming of when taking socks or shoes of, how long they last and general value for money. We are all different and some peoples feet sweat more than others, different people walk differently and have different shapes of feet. I have an “normal” arche, straight foot and walking with straight feet, my issues relate to my age and the pain in the ball of my feet. Unlike some people I do sweat but not a lot and I don’t end up with wet feet except if I step in a water filled pot hole. None of the pads I tried have moved around while walking or given me saw feet, the main issue is still comfort. These have been very good except 1 thing, in my opinion it has been poor quality finishing. My right foot has been perfect which is the most important as this is the one that suffers. To keep balanced I use both, the left one is a slightly different shape and does not fit as well. The part over my big toe and the gel bottom are both fantastic, my issue is the finishing at the main hole that goes a third of the way down my foot. It curls in and digs in my foot, this has been unbearable after 10 mins of wearing, but apart from that they are by far the most comfortable and practical. To fix it I cut the thick edge off with scissors and glued the edge with a little glue to stop it fraying. So far it appears to have worked, I really hope they last as I feel like I have my life back and if they last will be my future pad of choice. If it works and they last I will change it from a 4 to a 5 star. Update, I have worn these for months and have now bought a second set and have put them on subscription. Having tried 5 different types of these as well as straight gel pads without material to hold them to your food, I have found these are by far the best ones. While each pair may need trimming slightly, this is to make sure they fit well without pain and enable me to walk around comfortably. As stated have upgraded it from 4 to 5 stars as they are well worth the price.

I had pain in the balls of my feet caused by dancing in thin-soled shoes on hard flooring!! It got to the point where it felt like I had a pebble in my shoes under the balls of my feet as my (metatarsal?) muscles were bulging with discomfort. At night my feet would ache and become red and swollen to the point where I’d need to use ice blocks to relieve the swelling and pain. I had no choice but to buy some gel pads as it was getting to the point where I was hobbling around on the sides of my feet to avoid aggravating the balls of my feet. I took a leap of faith in this product (I haven’t had an official diagnosis so had not been told how to remedy the injury other than what Dr Google suggested). The relief from these gel pads was instant. It was exactly what my feet had been screaming out for. I really thought ‘wish I’d bought these sooner!’. At first I thought the pads would be too thin but what I found was that they were actually just right for spreading the effect of repetitive impact when walking around which has allowed the painful, swollen areas of my feet to recover. They take a little getting used to - my socks kind of slip off when I’m wearing the pads without shoes but they do stay on my feet. The band around my foot could have been tighter but that would just be nit-picking (I am a standard width, size 5/38 shoe size). I’ve been wearing these pads every day for about three weeks to really give my feet a rest and the pads have retained their shape. The cushioning effect has not worn away so I would say they are quite durable. I think the fact that they are a gel pad rather than one made with stuffing/wadding means they are more effective. I’m going to try a day or two without the pads to see if my feet have fully recovered and just use them as I need to (if I need to at all). The significant problem I had with my feet has drastically improved because of these foot pads. I no longer feel like I have pebbles in each shoe under the balls of my feet! Tip: you really do need to loosen shoes when wearing these pads as, despite appearing thin, the pads do leave less room for your feet, obviously. This can leave the tops of your feet feeling squeezed if you have not loosened your footwear enough (I’ve been wearing lace up trainers).

Slide about on your foot, and not particularly comfortable . They do feel good quality who is why I gave them 3 stars. Not for me though, probably not returnable having worn them.

Great support for my foot. Does make shoe tight so it’s worth considering the type of footwear you use to ensure it’s comfortable. It has relieved the pressure on the sole of my foot.

So far so good. Seems comfortable. Good quality. If I had one gripe it is the size guide. No information as to what size to order. I ordered XL and my feet are a uk 10. Fit is good but not sure if it could or should be a bit tighter. t's not loose or slipping so think it's ok

Really good. Works well and is comfortable. Have bought these twice ( I lost a right foot ) and noticed the second pair were slightly bigger. I have a narrow foot so probably not a problem for many

Trop épaisses je ne sais plus mettre les chaussures avec ces coussinets

J'ai prix ces coussinets pour soulager un névrome de Morton (nerf enflammé entre deux métatarses des orteils du pied). Le résultat est très efficace. La douleur est grandement limitée. Le coussinet amorti bien l'avant du pied et relâche la pression sur la zone sensible. Dans le cadre d'un névrome (de mon cas), ces coussinets sont un complément à une bonne chaussure adaptée. Les coussinets au domicile et la chaussure adaptée au névrome (Altra Torin 7) pour le travail et sorties. J'ai remarqué également que ces coussinets perdent en efficacité sur la durée. Normal, si on les écrase toute une journée. Je les utilise donc ponctuellement à domicile ou les périodes de sollicitation du pied sont moins fréquentes. Je recommande donc ces coussinets. De plus, le tissu est doux et de bonne qualité, semble résistant sur déjà plusieurs jours d'utilisation.

They work as reported although a little bit uncomfortable with some of my shoes.
