Yep it is very good, not too noisy and works well. Don't buy the cheapest as the difference is often for good reason.

Its a lot better than my old one. The cut off at set pressure is great... provided you actually put the quick release hose on properly other wise this gives a false reading. Its quite quick but depends on how flat the tyre is. Easy to set up and easy to use. BUT just this one annoying thing and that is, Why could they have made the cable tidy properly. There never seems to be the right amount of cable to wind up and put the plug away neatly. there always seems to be just that little bit more cable that you cant wind up or you will not be able to stow the plug away in the housing - so you are left with this extra bit of cable flapping about....so then you have to work out a way of winding the cable up so that this does not happen....who has time for that?

Now, I'll admit that tyre inflators aren't usually the kind of thing I get excited about. However, as the disgruntled former owner of two tyre inflators that were badly designed, I've been on a mission to find the perfect model and for me, this is the one. I am not a car enthusiast, just a middle-aged woman who knows it's sensible to check tyre pressures regularly, and I find a good gadget helps make boring jobs easier. The two previous tyre inflators both had really horrible power cable storage, inside the unit itself, which made it hard to keep the power cable tidy and invariably led to skinned knuckles when trying to force the cable back inside once done. Not so with this one!! The power cable storage is simple and neat on the back of the unit, and in fact was such a joy to use that I actually unwound the cable just so I could tidy it away again. Yes, I realise that's quite sad, but I really am so happy to find something that is so easy and quick to tidy away, and that fact alone will make checking tyres a more enjoyable job to do each month. The rest of the features work well - the gauge is clear and easy to set and read, the bit that fits onto the valve is a flip connector that quickly attaches and detaches, the emergency light is useful. This one's a keeper.

Dopo averlo testato sia sulla mia auto che sulle bici di famiglia, ecco cosa dovete sapere prima di acquistarlo. 🛠️ QUALITÀ COSTRUTTIVA E DOTAZIONE Al tatto il compressore risulta solido, con una plastica rigida che non scricchiola. È davvero "mini": sta comodamente nel vano portaoggetti o in un angolo del bagagliaio. In confezione: Oltre al compressore con cavo per presa accendisigari da 12V, troviamo gli adattatori per palloni, materassini e valvole Presta (per le bici da corsa). Il display: Lo schermo LCD è retroilluminato e ben leggibile anche in pieno sole, fondamentale per leggere i valori di pressione senza sforzare la vista. ⏱️ TEST SUL CAMPO: VELOCITÀ E PRECISIONE Non aspettatevi la velocità del compressore del gommista, ma per le sue dimensioni è sorprendente. Rabbocco auto: Per passare da 2.0 a 2.4 bar su una gomma da 17 pollici ha impiegato circa 2 minuti. Funzione Auto-Stop: Imposti la pressione desiderata, premi avvio e lui si ferma esattamente al raggiungimento del valore. Ho verificato la precisione con un manometro professionale e lo scarto è stato di soli 0.05 bar: un'accuratezza eccellente. Rumorosità: Come tutti i mini compressori a pistone, fa rumore (vibra parecchio), ma nulla di insopportabile per i pochi minuti necessari all'operazione. 🔦 DETTAGLI CHE FANNO LA DIFFERENZA La luce LED integrata sembra un accessorio secondario finché non ti trovi a dover gonfiare una gomma al buio sul ciglio della strada. È potente il giusto per illuminare la valvola e l'area circostante, garantendo sicurezza e visibilità. ⚠️ COSA CONSIDERARE (Il "contro" onesto) Il cavo di alimentazione è lungo circa 3 metri. È sufficiente per la maggior parte delle berline, ma se avete un SUV molto lungo o un furgone, potreste fare fatica a raggiungere le ruote posteriori partendo dalla presa anteriore. Inoltre, il tubo dell'aria tende a scaldarsi durante l'uso prolungato: fate attenzione a non scottarvi quando lo svitate dopo aver gonfiato 4 gomme di seguito. ✅ PRO: Precisione millimetrica: La funzione di spegnimento automatico è affidabile. Versatilità: Ottimo anche per gonfiare le gomme delle bici a pressioni elevate. Portabilità: Occupa pochissimo spazio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Imbattibile rispetto a modelli di marchi più blasonati. ❌ CONTRO: Surriscaldamento: Necessita di una pausa se si gonfiano più pneumatici consecutivamente. Cavo 12V: Avrei gradito 50 cm di cavo in più per una comodità totale su veicoli grandi. ⚖️ CONCLUSIONI Il WindGallop non è un giocattolo, ma uno strumento di sicurezza. È perfetto per il controllo mensile della pressione o per le emergenze stradali. Per il costo che ha, è un accessorio che ogni automobilista dovrebbe avere nel bagagliaio. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca praticità senza fronzoli.
