What is the tray made of?

I already have chap stick containers that measure 9 x 4 x 8 inches, will these fit in the tray?

I am not sure of your question. I have never seen chap stick containers that large so I assume I misunderstand the question. This tray has 15mm holes (diameter) and 10mm height, and fits the standard lip balm tubes that are 3/16 oz.(5.5ml) The tray holds 50 tubes. I hope this helps.
