Bought two and one had a small section of bad thread. After 4 tries I wrapped it with enough teflon tape to do 10 of these and it stopped the slow drip.

Perfect elbow to complete a project
To complete a water upgrade project, I needed to replace a malfunctioning stop valve. These worked out perfectly due to their size to make that turn. Constructed of stainless steel, easy to use for a low-pressure line. Better than plastic. Recommended.

Look Great, But Hard to Seal Treads
For some reason I always have trouble sealing the treads of these Chinese products. Other than that, it works fine.

Leak-proof Connections on First Attempt
Bought the 1" FIP elbow from them and am proud to report that the tapered threads perfectly match the NPT standard! Previously, I have had problems with numerous other sellers here on Amazon (Taisher to name one of the larger ones) in achieving leak-proof connections -- in particular when dealing with female ends. I'm heading on the road to my rental 300 mi away to install a water softener and didn't want to run into problems and delays. Neither Home Depot nor Lowe's sell stainless steel fittings like this. These fittings worked perfectly! Only had to use 5-6 turns of teflon tape and some plumbers paste and tightnen them per best practices. And sure-enough, I had a perfect, leak-proof seal, right the first time! Definitely recommend this company and hope they grow their product offerings and give Taishler's a run for market dominance here on Amazon!

Good Quality - No Rust
Good quality, fair price. Using this to permanently screw into a cast iron well pump so that as the pump ages and the cast iron treads rust I will still have the undamaged stainless threads to use with PVC fittings. With my old pump the cast iron threads got so bad that I could no longer get PVC fittings to seal without using epoxy on the threads.

Total Junk. Don't Buy.
These are junk. The taper is too small. The threads bottom out before they seal.

Quality Fitting
Needed this for a 5hp gas pump to get the discharge parallel to the ground. Installed easy, and has worked for many hours now!
