This is perfect, I tend to use this in my baking breads, works perfectly and keeps the flavor of just sugar at bay. Don't need a lot so safe to say this will last quite a while. We have a few bottles of honey around the kitchen. I'd prefer this instead of, since our regular honey tends to become crystallized after the roomy puts it in the microwave.

This product is extremely delicious! You wouldn't even know that it was powder when ya use it. Tastes just like bottled honey in any form.

With the way things are going on around the world, having a year or 2 worth of food supply is probably a really good idea. Always wanting to start food preps but, until now, I haven’t had a good enough reason. I started a few months back and I purchased 2 of these to add to them. The only thing I don’t really like about this product is that it has added sugar and probably a lot. When I have to use this I guess I won’t really be to worried about all the added sugar. The #10 cans are pretty full and have a 30 year shelf life, big bonus. I’ve purchased a lot of this company’s products as they have a great selection of different types of emergency food in the #10 cans. All of them have the same shelf stable 30 year shelf life. These will be used as sweeteners for baking, coffee and anything else that I can use it for. Great price for what you get and that’s a lot of peace of mind

It’s not pure honey crystals as it does have cane sugar & fructose, but for emergency preparedness, long term food storage or even camping, it serves the purpose. I cooked some up & apparently didn’t measure or follow cook instructions properly so it almost became a hard candy type product. I added more water & it became more the consistency of honey. It does have a slight honey flavor but you can tell it had added fructose. It can be reconstituted or sprinkled as is on your food or in hot beverages. Not a bad product for long term storage purposes & I got it on sale so the price was right. I purchased 2 cans figuring I’d open one & use it within the year & keep the other one stored long term and unopened, as the expiration date on it is 30 years out.

So I weighed 583 lbs. I hate sugar substitutes. They leave an after taste. So the sugar thing is a big issue for me. I am a southerner and sweet tea is a must. So I needed something besides sugar. Yes honey is still sugar. But it's healthy sugar. Problem? Liquid honey overwhelms anything you sweeten it with. So someone said try powdered honey. So I ordered this product. My doctor is happy. My family is happy. I weigh 352lbs and losing. Problem I have dropped weight so fast since starting using this product along with healthy sensible diet I am walking out of my pants. Embarrassing! Thank god my shirts look like tunics. They covered the important bits. I have had to take everything in 10 to 12 inches and they are still loose. Some of my pants that had elastic waste bands I have added drawstrings too. It's a bit frustrating and overwhelming realizing I who have been plus sized my entire adult life am finally losing weight and am able to walk daily. Because this type of honey is not like regular sugar. It has longer energy burn and healthier even in powdered form. I need to lose the weight to get some surgeries done that are really needed. Left hip and knee need replacing plus I need gallbladder removed. Painful to walk but I can now. I will use a rollator for the rest of my life due to back injury. But I am losing weight in a long term healthy way. I have been borderline diabetic most of my adult life. For the last year I have been diabetic free. Cholesterol is lowest it has been in years. Who ever figured out how to dehydrate honey into a powder that the taste does not overwhelm what it sweetens? Thank you. Thank you Augusson farms. Only thing would be better would be slightly lower price cause I am buying 4 canisters a month. Oh and all my friends I recommended it too have dropped significant weight too.
