Excellent
It wakes you up gently, with the light increasing before the alarm goes off. Would recommend it.

Does what the tin says
Ideal for anyone that’s not a morning person, shame about the alarm sounds though. Would prefer a more natural sounding alarm with gentle bird song but beggars can’t be choosers. The brightness is fine but getting there can’t be compared to the sunrise. It’s very blocky. However it does the job and that’s all I wanted.

Suitable for most
I'm sure for most people this product is a suitable alarm. However, for me, given my latest obsession with productivity and watching videos on how to improve this. One of these elements was sleep whereby through the influence of Professors such as Andrew Huberman or Mathew Walker I was inspired to "fix my circadian rhythm". This would mean a red light in the evenings to help boost melatonin and help me fall asleep and a bright white light in the mornings to help my body stop producing melatonin and prevent me from feeling groggy when I wake up. Unfortunately the Lamp on the alarm clock does not go as bright as I would want it to, which is especially important for me given I do not naturally get sunlight into my room. This means its the alarm which wakes me up and not the light, meaning it is still a struggle even when I get 9-10 hours of sleep. Furthermore, the alarm noises are not the best and also sound incredibly tinny coming from the alarms speaker, so quite an unpleasant experience to wake up to. However, I would state that the amount of options is great, in terms of volume, noise options, and lamp brightness, just not the options which I would prefer. Moreover, It is not the simplest to configure and takes a couple tries which might not be user friendly for certain audiences. In addition to this, the red light in the evening is still too bright to help me fall asleep where I have found other lamps which produce a warmer red which helps me fall asleep. Therefore to suit my purposes this Alarm Lamp is not ideal. On the other hand, for somebody who just wants a night light so that they can read a book before they go to be or an alarm which will wake them up and very clear showing of the time even in the darkness, this is perfect, so I would recommend to that audience. As well as the fact that it is cheap, making it accessible to most; however not if you are trying to maximise your sleep efficiency.

Well made, simple to use and does everything it needs to at a very reasonable price.
I was nicely surprised and have found this to be a good addition to the bedroom. Does all the obvious things an alarm clock needs to and the rotating mood lighting function is quite fun!

Remember state of the art electronics from the 90s, it's here again
My wife wanted one and I was swayed by 8k+ reviews for over 4*s. I'm sure it might work but to be honest I don't want it in the bedroom. It's cheap and it feels it, the buttons clank, the clock is manually set (I can't remember the last time I set a clock), the alarm sounds are awful. The daylight is some weird very yellow light not like any sunrise daylight I've seen. The digital display has 3 brightness settings (searchlight bright/ bright or off). It just feels like some recycled old school tech. It's been returned whilst my wife has decided she needs to see these devices in person. It's not often I return stuff but this is that bad, it would stay in a box for years and then get passed on if I didn't return it.

Good choice of light tone, a bit tricky to set up
I.bought this, as I struggle to get up, especially on darker mornings. I think it has helped, although the snooze option should continue for more.goes, as a couple of times I have overslept due to it ending.It.took a while to get used to the alarm setting and the.snooze button I'd close to other buttons, so I'm not sure if I have inadvertently switched the alarm off when snoozing? It would be better to have 3 options on the brightness too, as I find I have to turn off the display as it's too bright for me in the night. I'm still getting used to this, so we.will see
