Klare Melk, Raw Gouda Truffle

Delightfully truffley! Rich and satisfying.

Very nice Gouda taste with just the right amount of truffle. I feel like most truffle cheeses either have too much or too little truffle, but this hits the spot perfectly. A bit pricey, but very nice for a treat once in a while.

This is a really mild, yummy cheese with great texture.

I'm giving this 5 stars because, as far as I can see, this is a good cheese based on what I received and the other reviews here. But, apparently, I don't like truffles, and neither does my wife. Because we ended up tossing this after trying it on two occasions. We just do not care for the taste. So, if you are someone like me, and are ordering this because it is highly rated and you want to try something new, just beware. This cheese has a very distinctive taste and you are likely to either love it or hate it as we did. I can't bring myself to rate this lower just because the taste is not something I like; that would not be fair I believe. But I am posting so that the next person has fair warning that this is an all-in cheese. Either you are with it or you are again' it ;-)

Great flavor. One of my favorites

Good flavor, hard cheese, you can see fine bits of truffle throughout the slice, just enough. Its like garlic and peppers, truffle permeates, you either like it or not. Comes with rind. Expensivo.

CRAZY GOOD

This is a true treat. Flavor is spot on! Pricey, but a nice treat. Isn’t as salty as other brands I have tried.
