Designer Steel Antennas - Universal - Black USA Flag, 18" Length.

I bought this as a full American flag, What I received was a American flag that is sitting at half mast, What am I supposed to do with this. Use it only on days someone died. I relilize that it is mode that way for wind blowing across it so it doent bend as much, But describe it as being at half mast. Got to admit it is solidly made.
