High quality unit.
Quality unit. I just use it for home use, not commercial. Makes life easier to have a professional grade tool though. No more goofing around with those self-wringing mops and other marketing games for me. The thing is I don't mop very often - maybe once a month or so. But this makes it a very easy job. I do like the separate "waste" area in principle. In practice I'm not sure how much good it does me but it is a nice feature and if nothing else I can use the interior bucket for filling up the larger one (which doesn't quite fit in my utility sink). I doubt you'd regret getting one of these.

EXCELLANT quality
I got tired of the poor quality of the sponge mop refills I was buying from Walmart. The refills would disintergrate within a week, cost of each 8 dollars and difficult to change.I paid nearly $200 for the Rubbermaid pail and wringer, mop and handle.I wash my floor daily. I am surprised that the rinse water has been always dirty. The quality of the bucket and wringer is excellant.

Yeah for Mop Bucket
It is a little large for a home, and probably better suited for an office or warehouse, however, I needed something strong, stable, durable and easy to use. This is it! Didn't come with assembly instructions, but it was fairly easy to figure out. It is bulky, but it does a great job of ringing out the mop, much better than I can with carpal tunnel and arthritis. Wish I'd purchased this years ago and maybe my hands wouldn't be so bad now. Rolls easily across the floor with no spills.

Love it
I hated buying those buckets from the store where their water ringer piece would break on the first day. So I decided to get some industrial type bucket. I can get the perfect amount of water squeezed out while I'm mopping or soak up water so much faster because I can squeeze teh mop head so dry each time. I'd buy it again and again. Now I need a longer mop handle. It seems very sturdy and strong

♥♥♥♥♥ Treat Yourself! ♥♥♥♥♥
I have two aging dogs now that prefer to use part of the basement as their toilet, and have had geriatric cats ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ and dogs V●ᴥ●V in the past as well. Having to repeatedly sanitize the area was so frustrating. But no more. This unit has the wringer, the dirty water bucket and the main wheeled bucket. It's tall enough so that my back doesn't hurt when I wring. The dirty water stays separate from the clean. Because there is an internal bucket with its own handle, dumping the dirty water is easy -- simply remove the wringer, lift out the grey bucket and dump. No need to hoist the big wheeled thing into the sink to drain. The wringer is extremely sturdy and effective. After mopping and draining the dirty water, I rinse my microfiber rags in the sink, chuck in the wringer for a good squeeze, and they air dry in no time, ready for duty the next day. I should have invested in this decades ago.
