I’m really happy with this solar light. It was super easy to install and the motion sensor is very sensitive. it turns on right away when there’s movement. The light is bright and works great plus the battery life is good, even after cloudy days. The only thing I wish is that it only has blue light and can adjust the brightness. Other than that, it’s a great solar light and I’d still recommend it.

Before this purchase, I bought two ring outside cameras that I placed on the fence by side and back entrances. When I tested them in the dark of night, I realized they would not 100% show the person they detected. Then I found these lights that also detect movement. What a fantastic purchase!! Wow!! I placed two in strategic locations and four in aesthetically pleasing locations. They charge by day and work by battery ant night. And then there are power buttons that cycle between options, what?? Yes, always on and motion then off. Buy them. They are so easy to install, you can move them whenever you like. However, before you put them in stucco or brick, be mindful of your placement.

I have bought many solar lights before years ago. Most of them worked for a few weeks and then died. When they were working, they started to light up at around 5-6 PM, and by 8-9 PM, the battery ran out, so in general, they were not very useful. I thought the new motion-sensing solar lights might solve this problem, so I decided to try it out. This is the first motion-sensing solar light set I bought. There are six solar lights in the box. They came with screws for installation. The solar lights are triangular so the solar panel is at 45 degrees when installed on the wall. They were lightweight but, true to the advertisement, weatherproofed. The sensors work well; they detect movements 10-30 feets away (with a direct line of sight). The bright LEDs light up the walkway as desired at night. Thanks to the motion sensors, the lights work even in the winter-clouded days with no direct sunlight. There are three lighting modes: dim but long-lasting, bright, or motion-activated. You can change the setting with a button on the front. You press the button to cycle through the modes, but it is difficult to tell which mode is activated during the daytime. You can cover the light sensors to see the effect. The lights are easy to install and have been operating for over two months without any problems. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I got this 6 pack of lights for our backyard so at dusk and night it would illuminate a bit when we let the dog out or even a little night time swing set action. I used screws that I had to mount two on the one side of our deck railing and two on the other side. Then I mounted two spaced apart across the top bar of our wooden swingset. They are all in a mode where at dusk the LED comes on dim. 5 out of the 6 brighten up the LED when it detects motion. You walk by it and bam, it's like an airport (i joke). Its really good lighting considering our backyard is dark and is tree-lined. Oddly the one has different behavior. Either its off, or you push the button and its really bright but then turns off for 20 seconds and never turns on, or the last mode is you can turn in on dim and it stays on dim - it never gets bright when you walk past it like the 5 other ones. Another con is you can't buy them in single packs. I wouldn't mind having maybe one more, but I sure don't need 6 more. They are very light, feel cheap and the logo is peeling off some, but they work, and I've even woken up at like 4:30 AM to go to the bathroom and looked out the window and they were still working. And that was even when our back yard has a lot of shade, they seem to fully charge at least now in the summer when its light out until 9 pm. This was way cheaper than me getting involved with an electrition and mounting a light at the peak of our roof in the backyard and installing a switch somewhere. I originally saw these on a Facebook add but that site wanted $80 for them , or $60 after a coupon. Amazon had them for even cheaper. It pays to do a search folks!

I bought these lights in April 2021 to go on the fence in my dog yard. The have been on the fence year around in all the weather and all but 1 still works. The are Great lights! I didn't think they would work in the winter when we have a lot of cloud cover and inversion but they still charge. They work all night long. Stong winds blowing do make them light up at night. Not a problem for us as they are in the side of our house where it doesn't bother us. Great Lights!

Added 6 to my backyard fence and 2 above my front door and they seem to work great! It should be noted that they give off a more bluish/cooler toned hue. I wish they projected a warmer toned light, but I can't really complain! It's only been a few days but so far so good! Easy to install, motion detection seems good, no complaints yet! I'll follow up with updates as time goes on but for the price, these are fantastic and they do the job! UPDATE 9/29/23: I have had issues where it simply won’t light up. I scroll thru the different modes and only then will it light up. Mind you, the lights are placed so they are not easily accessible so no one is messing with the settings. It’s just odd that even with a full day of direct sun, sometimes it just doesn’t work until I scroll through the different light modes. Also I got 2 above my front door and that area gets sunlight throughout the day, but at night, the intensity is non existent. The ones in my backyard are so bright but the ones in the front barely illuminate the area. Not sure why. I even tried switching out the front and back units, but it’s the same issue; the front ones don’t seem to be as powerful, but again, they get enough sunlight during the day so I don’t know what the issue is.

Very bright

Bought these to light up a dark country stairway of a front porch. We use them in mode 3 which is motion detection with full brightness. The motion detection has very good sensitivity. The light very bright in this mode and covers a good area even though we only have them mounted 3 feet from the ground. After installing 6 of these lights we had a 48 hr power outage and being in the country it was very dark. We realized we had 4 remaining lights so we used them to light up areas inside the house as we walked around. They made awesome emergency lights! During the daylight hours we would move them to a sunny window to recharge and then as darkness moved in we placed them in areas of the house that we wanted motion-activated light in. They worked really well along stairways and landings. We placed them on their side and directed the light as needed. We were so impressed with using them as emergency lights that we ordered 2 more boxes of these lights for our other home as well.

My daughter bought some of these for me and I loved them so much I bought more for the other side of my garden.
