Are the Grover 102n tuners for Acoustic guitars or only for electric guitars??

I have them on an acoustic. They’re good for both.

wiii these tuners drop in on a 75's martin d28 without any alteration?

Yes they should fit. The only question is the screw hole location of the existing tuner. These attached bottom center.

Will they Fit Breedlove rainforest models?

These were exact replacements for my d28 Martin. Don’t know about Breedlove, but I copied this from their website Most of our current import models such as Organics, Discoveries, Pursuits, and Rainforests have a tuning ratio of 1:15 and have tuning machines with the same footprint as Gotoh SG510s and Gotoh SG381s. However, be sure to confirm that the screw placement is the same. For any other tuning machine information, please contact our customer service team.

Will these fit an Epiphone sg?

These machine heads/ tuning gear are standard. They should fit fine unless it’s a vintage model guitar with different specs.
